Rapport qualité-prix nul. Porte d'entrée HS. Chambre pas terrible. Pour se restaurer sur place, je me renseigne à 18h, on me dit pas possible de commander avant 19h, je descends à 18h50 et plusieurs personnes sont déjà installées et sont déjà servis et beaucoup d'autres en attente. Je commande les pâtes, on me dit pas possible c'est que le snaking alors que je m'étais renseigné à 18h et c'était bon pour les pâtes !!! Résultat, mon fils de 10 ans n'a pas mangé car pas possible d'attendre au vu du délais et de notre planning. Le petit déjeuner: le personnel est très désagréable, de plus ils sont habillés comme les clients, de façon standard, impossible de les identifier, ne parlent pas vraiment français, comme si c'était des travailleurs au noir, hallucinant, vraiment. Pour 280€ la nuit c'est inacceptable.

I stayed at Novotel Paris Saint Denis Stade Basilique on 26 October 2025, during the Les Voies Royales de Saint-Denis running event. Unfortunately, all roads around the hotel were completely blocked until around noon, making it impossible to leave the car park. What made the situation worse was the lack of any prior notice from the hotel about the event or the road closures. When I asked reception staff for advice that morning, they were unable to provide any clear or accurate information. This caused significant disruption to my travel plans. After raising the issue with the hotel, the management’s response was dismissive and inaccurate, claiming access “was not directly affected,” which was completely untrue. I would not recommend this hotel. Guests deserve honest communication and basic consideration, especially when major local events can severely impact accessibility.

Fantastic stay at Novotel Paris Saint-Denis! We had a great stay on the fifth floor. The staff was very warm and welcoming! The hotel has a parking garage for those with a car, but it is $20/day. The hotel has a restaurant that is open for dinner daily but is closed on Sundays. They also have breakfast but it is not included in your stay if you choose to have breakfast at the hotel. They also have room service! The staff was able to help with tourist suggestions as needed. Great stay overall!

The hotel was very convenient for a prolonged weekend. The breakfast is really good, the staff is friendly, and the fact that it is possible to get a drink in the hotel, and don’t have to go to a bar, is a big plus. Not to mention that the metro is located very conveniently at the door step. On the improvement side, the toilets in the basement are quite dirty, there is a bit of strange smell in the hallway, and the area surrounding the hotel is not pleasant. Also, the mattresses are quite hard. But overall, I would stay in the same place next time I visit Paris.

We were happy with the room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent, as it was a quick and easy trip to get to the city center. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service. On our first night, the lights in our room were not working properly. We tried to call the reception twice to get help, but no one answered the phone. The next day, we put the "please clean" sign on our door before leaving for the day, but when we returned, our room had not been serviced. While the lack of attention to these issues was disappointing, we still had a good overall experience. With some improvements to their service, this hotel could be fantastic.
