Welcome to our charming studio, extremely well-located in the heart of the famous Le Marais district, halfway between Place des Vosges and the Picasso Museum. You'll be just steps from Rue de Bretagne, known for its restaurants, cafés, shops, and the covered market where you'll discover all the typical Parisian flavors. Tastefully decorated, warm, modern, and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a successful getaway to the capital, alone or as a couple.

Our 23 m² apartment, located on the ground floor, is configured as follows for your utmost comfort:

- 1 living room with 1 double bed (queen-size)
- 1 dining area with a high table
- Smart TV, Wi-Fi
- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.

The cleaning service includes fresh sheets and towels for each tenant, and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

Discover the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, a famous Parisian neighborhood known for its authenticity, its squares, its bars and restaurants, its chic and trendy boutiques, and its small pedestrian streets.
Our accommodation is located at the corner of Rue de Turenne and Rue Amelot, where all local shops are within walking distance.
Supermarket, grocery stores, bakeries, and cafés.

I also recommend a stroll along Rue de Bretagne, full of bars and small, typically Parisian boutiques.

My apartment is very well served by public transportation, allowing you to easily reach the capital's most iconic sites, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysés, the Opéra Garnier, and the department stores (Galeries Lafayette).
