A wonderful hotel in a safe Paris neighborhood

Great location, easy access to public transit, very safe neighborhoods, super comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff- Exan at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay in Paris!

I stayed one night during a business trip, for that the hotel was fine, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but the room was very small, struggled a bit to get my two small/medium sized luggages in and there was no mini fridge. For one night I'd definitely book it again, but not for a longer stay. The breakfast options were also fine.

I requested the high floor and arrived at the start of check in. But the front desk gave us two room all at the level 1. I booked one family room and one superior room. The worst thing was that the sink in one room was clogged and the other room faced a very dirty back alley with a very bad smell. When we wanted to change rooms, she said there were no rooms available.

Staff needs to be more informed about what hotel is offering. For instance, the staff never told us about the light breakfast available. Staff could not provide any suggestions on restaurants in the area. A do not disturb sign was never provided even after informing the staff. Wifi in room was not stable at all. Wifi in local restaurants was better. Even in the lobby of the hotel the Wifi was not stable, therefore, hotel needs to invest in better internet.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Jade at reception is a total asset to this hotel. She’s friendly, polite and super helpful! The room was fab, the bed was comfortable and daily Room service to make bed and fresh towels was enjoyable to nice to come back to after a long day sightseeing. The location was awesome for eating places and cafes and about a 10 min walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. We felt safe in the area too which is essential when travelling with young kids. Breakfast was ok, the choice wasn’t huge but we enjoyed it. The unlimited free coffee and hot chocolate was a huge bonus for us coffee lovers! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back. Huge thank you to Jade for your amazing service ❤️

La llave/tarjeta de la habitación no funcionaba y nos dijeron que la reparación se haría al próximo día. Nunca la arreglaron y siempre que queríamos ir a la habitación, teníamos que pedir que la abrieran. ¡Increíble! Jade fue siempre muy amable pero no había mucho que ella pudiera hacer. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue pésimo (el café malísimo y la única leche que había era de vaca.

The bed was extremely comfortable! Didn’t try the breakfasts.check in is 3pm not minute earlier, but they will let you leave your luggage in a spare room if needed. Staff was nice & accommodating. Walking distance of many restaurants, landmarks, and shopping. The street is quiet. Definitely would stay here again very convenient.
