Come and discover Paris in our apartment in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, less than 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. You will enjoy a rare location, as soon as you leave the apartment you will see our beautiful Eiffel Tower around the corner!
The Space:
The apartment is 40 square meters and is located on the ground floor on street, which is very convenient because you do not have to carry your suitcases.
It is a renovated old store, and you will also benefit from air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
The living room is bright and very nice. You will find a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table, a separate kitchen and a shower room.
In the basement you will find a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a small closet to store your belongings.

It is a safe and pleasant area where you will find many bakeries (famous bakery Poilâne), cheese shop, supermarkets and wine store nearby.
The traditional Parisian market with fresh products takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays - from 8am to 9pm of the Dupleix metro along the boulevard de Greneille.
French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Lebanese, and many other restaurants are very close to the apartment.

Olympic Visit
Our family of four, including two teenage boys, found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. It was walking distance to the events we were attending at the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. It is located close to two metro stations, which made it very easy for us to get around the city and beyond (including a trip to Disney Paris). The real bonuses for us were the laundromat around the corner from the apartment, in addition to a great boulangerie and supermarket both only a block away. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns and were gracious enough to let us leave our luggage behind on our last day rather than having to use luggage storage. If you are looking for a homebase while you explore all that Paris has to offer, i would recommend staying here.

This accommodation is great for this price!It’s quite spacious, with The Eifel Tower and a Metro station just around the corner (few minutes walk). There is a small supermarket and lots of restaurants and bakeries as well.And it’s very clean!Highly recommended!
