Beautiful 1bdr apartment, 6th arr. steps away from Notre Dame

This splendid, cute apartment is located steps away from metro Saint Michel exit Saint Andre des Arts. Walking distance to the famous fountain at Place Saint Michel steps away from Notre Dame and the fashionable Rue de Buci in Saint German de Pres. The area is surrounded with pubs, restaurants and various boutiques. It is a very lively and safe. It is not on a quiet street but we have brand new double glass windows which keep the flat very quiet.
Never the less it can be noisy during the week ends.

The flat is 37 sqm about 378 square feet. It is located on the 3rd floor walk up, without an elevator a very Parisian winding staircase.
The heating systems is brand new, electric and independent, you can regulate each heater to your liking we have a heated towel rack in the bathroom. 2 fans for cooling off the place in the summer.
The bedroom is separated from the corridor by a glass wall and towards the living room and kitchen with a sliding doors.
It has a brand new bed 140 X 200 cm, a small closet and a large dresser.

In the living room we have a brand new sofa bed also 140 X 200 cm, a Louis XIV dresser and a large full size mirror.
In the dining and kitchen area a round table and four chairs.

We provide you with linens and towels and a blow drier and several basic products soaps, shampoo as well as and detergents, coffee, tea, cooking oil, sugar and salt, ecc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 glass top burners and a microwave oven and all cooking utensils, dishes and glasses.

The apartment has free high speed internet service, TV and Phone with free calls to several countries.

There are two large double glass windows on opposites sides of the apartment with wooden shutters in the bedroom and blinders in the living room.

You will be entitled to a free cleaning with a change of linen for a stay of over 14 nights and longer.

Great stay

All reviews we have read were accurate. The apartment is very clean and the best is very comfortable. It is also well stocked with supplies. It is very quiet in the bedroom with the shutters closed. John met us and was very pleasant. We would highly recommend staying here.

Lory was very responsive to our needs. We had a delay and she still arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment and show us around. As noted by other guests, it is a third floor walk up with a narrow spiral staircase. As also noted in previous reviews, there is considerable street noise late at night especially on weekends. With the windows closed it eliminates the noise. Other then street noise it’s a great location very close to the metro, the Seine, & Notre Dame.

Great Location

Cute apartment with all amenities you need and in a great location close to restaurants, shops, metro and Notre Dame. Bed is super comfortable! You need to be able to walk up several small winding stairs to get to the floor. Orientation from the property manager was very thorough. There were many rules in a new document that we were asked to sign upon arrival - so be prepared for that. Otherwise, a good home base to explore Paris.

Location great for walking to museums and places of historical interest. Abundance of restaurants. Multiple access points to metro, RER and surface transportation. Very, very busy neighborhood. Quiet inside the apartment. Clean and most adequate appointments. All as advertised.
