Dressed in blue and green, this place welcomes furniture from designers and creators.
It is through, 3 French windows and a window in the bathroom, open on each side on two small terraces (about 10 m2 each) with trees and flowers and furnished for dining or resting.
In the kitchen cupboards there is a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle. Facing the kitchen, separated from a workshop canopy, partially opaque, the bathroom tiled with traditional terracotta tiles is composed of a large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
A wardrobe, and many cupboards, are at your disposal, (except the two very tall kitchen side) and even a shoe storage under the step!

Wonderful stay in Paris!

The location was one of the best parts! It’s so close to two great metro lines that will take you to all the major attractions. There are wonderful restaurants that are affordable near the property. The space was very clean and the host was wonderful for the check in process! Only thing is that certain listed amenities like laundry were not included, but the overall stay was fantastic!

Cosy Studio with an artistic vibe

I loved staying at this garden apartment in the heart of the 14th arrondissment. It's close to the Alesia metro stop as well as many bus lines. Steps from the apartment are a boulangerie, a park, grocery store, a hardware store, a pharmacy as well as boutique clothing stores and restaurants. Paris living at it's best! After long days of sightseeing and walking around Paris, it was wonderful to have a cozy retreat where I could make a cup of tea and drink it in the outdoor secluded garden. The host has taken great care in decorating the apartment with great art, comfortable pillows, and niceties like Paris guidebooks. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Anne was a lovely and caring host. The two front and rear terraces are lush with plants and are useful ways to extend the living space and provide places for relaxation. The apartment is well appointed and very cute in its design genius. The only drawback is the sofa-bed which was not the most comfortable thing I’ve slept on. Great neighborhood with many shops, restaurants, and the Metro nearby.

Studio fabuleux et calme

Moi et ma petite-fille de 13 ans, nous avons aimé cet endroit: la propriétaire est très aimable et charmante, l'appartement badin, joliment décoré (avec des objets d'art), très propre et calme. Beaucoup de plantes poussent sur les petites terrasses. Ici, on entend seulement les oiseaux, mais la maison se trouve quand-même dans un quartier vivant, avec beaucoup de restaurants, épiceries fines, boulangeries, cafés... Le studio est génial pour deux que s'entendent bien, car si - c'est un peu étroit...
