It's ideally located 200m from Roland-Garros and 500m from the Parc des Princes, you'll also be close to the Molitor swimming pool and the Bois de Boulogne with the Longchamp racecourse. And it's just a few minutes by metro to the center of Paris.

This calm and warm apartment includes :

Great location for events at Rolland Garros and Parc des Princes stadiums. Very comfortable flat in a pleasant upscale neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and groceries around. Metro provides an easy access to Paris and fast ride to CDG. Bois du Boulogne is only minutes away on foot offering endless walking and biking trails. It's a great place to stay outside of Paris and enjoy comfortable residential neighborhood.

We had tickets for the French Open, May '24, so the location of this property was superb. Excellent customer service. Comfortable accommodations. Easy check in and check out.

Short Parisien vacation

Really bad communication, washer machine didn't work. Let them know in advance and never took care of it. They sell you as a serious company but when you need them they completly ignore you. The water came off from the bath tub and you have a lpt of water in the fllor after the shower. No enough toilette paper and not hand towel at all. Dirty windows and dirty floor.

Appartement dans une résidence calme , c'est un point positif. Mais concernant la propreté de l'appartement, c'est horrible. Poils et cheveux dans la salle de bain. Serviette de toilette avec 1 grosse tache brune ...et ma taie d'oreiller était tachée des 2 cotés. C'est inadmissible !! Sachant que j'ai payé, à la réservation presque 150 euros, pour que le ménage soit fait et de qualité hôtelière ( c'était écrit sur le contrat de réservation) . Et la télécommande de la télévision , pas moyen de baisser le son et très mauvais fonctionnement.

Mucho cuidado. El propietario del apartamento es una empresa, no un particular . A nosotros nos han estafado 400eur. Durante la estancia avisamos que no funcionaba la lavadora, vino un técnico, instalaron otra y al volver a España nos cargaron 400eur. de la fianza que te exigen al realizar la reserva. Tengo conversaciones grabadas, whatsapp con ellos y tampoco Vbro la plataforma atiende al abono de los 400eur. No es AirB&B, que son serios. Mucho cuidado. Aconsejaría no ir. Señalar además que cada vez que llamas te atiende una persona distinta si tienes un problema allí y nadie sabe lo que has hablado con el anterior. Un desastre. Igualmente, al llegar no nos recibió nadie para darnos las llaves y las dejaron en el apartamento fuera para recoger pero no nos dieron llave del portal con lo que tuvimos que esperar 40min. a que un vecino nos abriera. Llamamos varias veces y nadie nos cogió el teléfono. Un desastre de gestión y una estafa
