The apartment is exactly like the photographs. The kitchen table is a great size and the apartment is as roomy as you might expect. There were a good number of hangers which I was nervous about because I like to hang everything when I unpack. Vanessa was very communicative. I would say the things that it lacked are a full length mirror, enough towels given that the washing machine is a combination washer/dryer (we ended up buying five hand towels, and left them there). It’s hard to figure out how to get things clean and dry if you’re not familiar with a washer/dryer combo. There are plenty of things like plates and glasses, etc., but no dishwasher detergent nor enough toilet paper or paper towels. There is a very convenient minimart just down the street where we went to purchase those things. I think Vanessa should charge just a little bit more and buy extra supplies. I know somebody before me left a blow dryer, and I left some hot rollers. The street is very safe and there are lots of areas for shopping nearby if you’re into that kind of thing. We were there for my nephew‘s wedding so a full length mirror would really have been important to have. In the lobby there is one so you can check yourself on your way out. In the end, our stay was very pleasant!

Looks like pictures

Looks like pictures. With that being said when I checked in the cleaner was still there and definitely had not finished. There was no hand towels, wash cloths, or paper towels in the apartment. While the couch is cute it is not comfortable and if you sit on one end it will flip up. With that being said it is reasonably priced for 3 bedrooms in paris and was comfortable enough. I don’t think I would stay here again. It wasn’t a bad stay, just not my preference.

Excellent

Wonderful place to stay. Lovely apartment with plenty of room for our family of 6. Elevator for my elderly mom was a great bonus. Washer dryer combo was nice. Rooms are big. Beds were a bit firmer than we are accustomed to. Great location. Cute shops nearby. Metro is close. Quiet street. Had a great stay here, would stay here again.

Quartier parfait pour les sorties, restos mais rue un peu trop bruyante la nuit et réveil brutal avec le camion poubelle. Appartement nickel, fidèle aux photos. Il manque un miroir de pied, un porte-manteau et des portes serviettes. Très bon suivi de la gérante.

Great location

Vanessa’s place was in a great location. Very close to the metro and restaurants/cafes/bakeries. Street was quiet but didn’t feel unsafe although we didn’t roam around in the streets late at night. The apartment had everything that was described in the description. Could have used more toilet paper though.Overall a good stay especially if you have a big group (we had 5 people) and you want to stay together.

Worst host

The apartment itself was well located and comfortable, but the host is terrible. On the first morning, we noticed blood on our sheets, and that comment went “unnoticed”. Then, after letting her know that the shower drain was clogged (the first time we used it) she proceeded to repeatedly talk about how it was our fault that it was clogged which I found to be such a bizarre response to a pretty standard issue. I myself am a host on another platform and was astounded at how she was handling my request of getting it fixed, as it was flooding the bathroom every time we showered. Even after they cleared the clog, the drain wasn’t fixed but I didn’t even want to get into again. Stay elsewhere in the same neighborhood!

Great place to stay

The apartment was perfect for a family or for 3 couples since there were 3 separate bedrooms. Each bedroom had a TV that you could stream movies/shows over all major platforms. The living room/kitchen/dining area was very spacious and great for our toddler to play in. The couch was very modern and sleek but not the most comfortable for lounging. The location of the apartment was walkable to many restaurants, shops, and metro station. And it was a very lively area surrounding the apartment, but quiet on the actual apartment block which was nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. As stated on the listing there is no AC in the unit but the apartment had 3 fans which was appreciated. The weather was nice to warm during our stay (upper 70sF / ~25C) but the apartment’s main living area was uncomfortably hot. Even when it cooled off outside in the mornings and evenings, the main living area stayed warm-hot. The rooms, which all had windows to the exterior, were fine though. Overall we really enjoyed the place and stay.
