The hotel is clean hotel with great food. Beachfront area is big with lots of amenities to use. Staff members are very respectful and are always ready to attend to your needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and other visitors to Panglao island.
Bellevue is clean, the rooms are pretty nice. They have only 1 pool though and it can get pretty crowded in the pool during certain hours.

We were staying there due to our son getting married in the area. We stayed a week at this resort. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a large variety of foods . The staff were always helpful and respectful. I have no complaints about any staff member. The beach and view was peaceful and breathtaking. There is security personnel that do a great job yet I did not feel nervous or worry ever for our safety. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. We ate at the supper buffet a couple of times and it was delicious. We even hosted a very small supper there for the family of my son's wife. That turned out to be a great choice for the restaurant. I really hated to leave. We used the clinic at the resort for a minor question and the nurse was very helpful. The van drivers were very professional. This proved to be a great place to de-stress from life. My son and his wife plan to stay here every time they visit her family.
This hotel is the best in the area, however it lacks comfort in certain areas. You can see the lack of a finish product in the construction on the hotel. At first glance, the hotel is beautiful but in closer inspection of it, you can see it is lacking. The food was not what I would have expected from a pricy hotel. Although the choices are great, it was not all that tasty. If I had to choice the one thing to improve on, it would be the food.
