I had a wonderful stay at Quest Villa! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — they made us feel right at home. This property does look like the pictures however add 5-10 years of use. The bathroom toilet is very close to the wall, so anyone near 6ft tall has to sit sideways. The pool towels were all bleached or stained. The water dispenser by the pool was broken and had been for a while and due to its outside location provided luke warm water. There seemed to be no quiet hours with other noisy guests in the pool until 1am. Sheryl was one of the more helpful members of staff who arranged our scooter and helmet which was a benefit to the property. Overall, it did the job but was not the place to stay for a week or longer.

A Lovely Courtyard Hotel

The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They suggested taking a tuktuk down to the beach for supper & that was fun. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides. Also they have room and laundry service. 2nd time staying there and will stay again. Highly recommend Quest Villa, and Suites !!

The villas are in a different location from the main property(still close to the main property though). Luckily for us, we have transport which made it easy for us to move. We also came in during a rainy season so the surrounding area was muddy. Would be nice if they’re able to cement the surrounding area. But overall stay is good!

We initially visited the reception area but felt concerned about the smaller rooms due to a potential lack of privacy. The reception itself could use some improvement, as the seating and couches are in poor condition. On a positive note, the villa property was surprisingly good and offered adequate privacy. However, getting around the area was challenging due to limited transportation options. Additionally, it's worth noting that tricycle fares to and from Alona Beach and nearby areas were extremely expensive.

Everything you need is there in a relaxed atmosphere. They don't have a restaurant apart from breakfast. However, they have a good service delivery relationship with a local restaurant!

Small and intimate place, perfect for what we were looking for. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Location was perfect because it wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was pretty quiet for the most part, but still close enough to walk to places and not far of drive to tourists spots. Not to mention there is a coffee shop right next door. Always a plus!
