The resort is quiet, which is what I was looking for. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need to include wifi, cable tv, and A/C. Beware of the road that leads to the resort is very rough and bumpy.

Last year my room was larger and more accommodating for 3. This year with 4 of us I received a smaller room that was much older condition and a very bad sewer Oder from the bathroom, I was told to open the window. The food Menu was changed so we were to.d to order off the two screens on the desk. And only 2 of the 10 options were available. Last year this was my favorite place and this year I know I won’t return here. Good.by hidden lagoon. I don’t know what changed but I will.

Great stay

The property, pool, are beautiful. The staff are wonderful and quick to respond Breakfast was delicious! Improvements can be made -room should have a safe or locker -ac can be stronger -inspecting towels for spots before leaving them for guests This is a great property but walking here at night seems not so safe and can be difficult to get drivers because of the deep forest location the property is located in

I would have given this property a better rating if it wasn’t for the 1.5 kilometer dirt road from the Main Street. It was a struggle to get to and from the property. Owners need to do something about that. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

A really nice place to stay for a few days.The staff are nice and friendly and helpful and the accommodation is nice and clean.I would recommend this place to anyone.Just a heads up as others have previously mentioned the road to the property is quite bad so be prepared.
