Staff was very helpful Adjacent rooms allowed for little privacy I could hear phone conversations on the other side

Hotel was good and convenient, stuff are wonderful, rooms are not the biggest and they feel a bit to crowded. but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view from my window was less than nice but not much they can do about it. good food at the restaurant , overall a good experience.

My hotel experience was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially during a stressful trip. The room was great.

Everything was great here. The only thing that I disliked was the lack of free wireless internet. I can understand that most places do not have free internet in the rooms but not to have it in the lobby or restaurant is a bit of an inconvenience.

Everything was perfect. Courteous staff, pleasant atmosphere. Excellent location. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one travelling to Panama City.

I had a great stay, room, staff and food were great! No complaints, taxis were available when I left at 4:30am for an early flight.

The hotel itself is very nice, and it has a great service and support staff.

Just rest from gruelling car ride from the north.

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel was closed due to a flooding problem. We were taken to another hotel of lesser quality (Continental Hotel). Although we were given dinner that night and breakfast and lunch the day after, it was by far less than what we expected and paid for. On top of that once we checked into the Sheraton, we were told that we had to pay for Internet access, which is normally provided at no charge to frequent travelers and members of the hotel club

A little out from the financial district, which made cab rides a necessity to get anywhere. Several other 3-5 star hotels are located nearer to the top shopping and entertainment areas, as well as the financial district. A little close to poorly-lit areas you wouldn't necessarily stroll through at night, though I emphasize that safety and security were not a problem. The rooms were clean, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Restaurants and room service were excellent and available 24/7. Though I did not visit the casino, it appeared to be pretty well put together. Definitely did not appear to be a hot spot for the social crowd, but I was only there through Friday (so I can't say what a Saturday is like in the bar/lobby/casino). I never saw the pool - nor did I see much more than the lobby, the bar, and my room - as I was there on business, but what I did see was clean and well maintained. Less than 5 minutes from the financial district and from a huge shopping mall, though walking to these places was not recommended (hence the need for cabs, which are available 24/7).
