One of the worst management staff's in the history of hotels. Lousy service lousy amenities lousy staff and the worst was at the management want to do nothing to assist. There are hundreds of better hotels

Don't be fold. There many nicer places in panama to stay. Avoid at all cost.

The hotel was nice, just wanted working machines in fitness room

Good hotel would stay again . . ......... .... ...... .

Front desk was very helpful. Great location out of the city with lots of green. Great place to wind down befor you head back home. 10 min car ride to Gamboa or easy access to the highway that goes to the beach.

I paid for a service that I never receive The agent in Panama very prejudice because I request the service for my mother and grandma from Houston in Panama they did not recognize the voucher and tell my mother that isn't was a reservation for her. At the end they frustrated and I loose my money.after I called and provide the itinerary number she apologize and said that they can check in and was already 7 o'clock at night.

Great hotel very clean the staff is super attentive, the breakfast is great the only problem is the location is away from every thing you must have a rental car

Stayed for 3 nights following a cruise from Colon. Great home base for exploring Panama City and the Canal Zone. On weekends, the drive to the city is about 20 mins to Casco Viejo, it's an hour to get to the airport. Clean and modern rooms, nice pool, jungle trail with nice walkway, BBQ at the pool (tip: the $25 mixed grill platter is enough food for two, unless you are American), breakfast included had the best omelette I had in a while. Don't expect American service levels, Panama is the land of no smiles after all. Absolutely fantastic value, free parking, no hidden fees, free water upon arrival.

The hotel itself is located in a forest area, there is nothing besides it. We booked a very good price, then to find out food was expensive. We spent in a lunch for 2 almost $60. The staff is not very efficient in their job and the check in process was not good. I will not recommend it.

Situated atop a small rise above Omar Torillos. Beautiful surroundings, rooms were nice and spacious, bathrooms clean and included a nice open shower. Sushi bar was excellent and a good bargain, westerners might want to order sushi "sin queso" Close to Lake Atun tours. Only negative was the free breakfast, Tang really isn't jugo naranja and why don't those assembly líne rolling toasters you see at every breakfast buffet ever work? This one shot the pieces of half cooked toast out the back to God knows where.

Es muy buen hotel , las habitaciones son comodas y un bonito lugar para descansar un fin de semana.

I stayed at the Radisson initially to get out of the city and play golf. I enjoyed the stay enough to return at the end of my trip for total relaxation at the end of my trip before heading home. Yes, I would go back again. The front desk staff is outstanding and always helpful. I believe the restaurant staff could use some organization however the food is outstanding and the atmosphere is really good.

I booked for 2 nights and on the first night they did not have rooms available so they sent me to another hotel.

We stay at the hôtel for 6 days and everything was great! The staff was very nice and very helpfull. The room was always clean and we had a excellent view at the rainforest. we absolutely will return...
