They were doing renos and it was chaos!! you had to go to 2 different rooms to get your breakfast, by the time you got to 2nd room your food was cold, staff was slow on keeping dishes of food filled and the toaster was out in the hall!! also we booked a tour with hotel, $75.00 U:S: and was told he would give us tour of cannel, when we got there he dropped us off and told us we had to stand in line to get a ticket to enter Imax show, should of been included in price. BUT we were NOT told it was a show!! He said a TOUR!!..Anyway by the time we got in we had to sit way down front so you could not see the show as good. Also they charged us money to see a ship go to cannel after show, BUT there was NO ship. So we spent $75.00 plus show entry fee for a taxi ride!!! I would not stay there and the rooms were NOT that great for the price!!

Very nice place to stay

Very posh, upscale, modern, spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent view of the city, nice neighborhood, good food, reasonably priced, highly recommend. Not a fan of the parking spaces, though. Didn't like having to roll my luggage through gravel.
