From the start, from not responding as per the terms which is 24 hours before to send email with codes, did not happen. Units not working, ac and toilet. Poor communication where only speak spanish. You are not receiving only Spanish speaking guest. Overall I would not even visit this place if it was offered free to me. Poor management

Incredibly loud children’s party in courtyard. So loud that it was difficult to communicate with the person next to me. Rooms face courtyard. The young man who checked me in was rude and unhelpful. He was totally lacking in social grace. I left and found a great alternative.

El piso era bonito, y limpio. La puerta del alojamiento no se cerraba y nunca vinieron a arreglarla si no iba yo a buscar solución con la guardia de la entrada que me dio la llave de la chica de la limpieza no hubiéramos podido salir de casa por dos días. Muy mal el servicio de comunicación.
