The hotel needs better maintenance. Shower floor had stains and the glass door was off center. Towels were sold. Room was OK. But carpet is old, and walls had stains. The AC only worked on high speed. Breakfast was OK.

The towels were old, the drawers didn’t close. This hotel has not been maintained well. But for $50 per night, it is what it is.

Top notch customer service, booked my excursion to San Blas great guides.

no water, towels with holes and whole room dirty, plumbing jam, disaster

Sheets spotted and dirty floor not clean had to buy flip flops to walk in room not a good experience

excellent hotel, clean rooms and good location. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms have nice view.

Overall the hotel is good, the breakfast is plentiful and varied to suit every taste food, the pool and the casino are beautiful and pleasant. But there are some things to improve. for two days at different times, the shower water was cold. I also think that the filters of the air conditioner does not receive maintenance and cleaning time, because the air in the room had a strange smell ..

Although most of the staff spoke little English they made us feel comfortable. They were very polite and helpful, especially the bellman that works on the afternoon shift.

I stayed two hours and left . No hot water, rude staff, dirty rooms.

The staff was the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every time I went out or came in, all of the staff in the lobby greeted me and smiled. The staff behind the counter spoke English, which was awesome for me. The pool was impeccable. Very clean, private, and relaxing. Our room was spotless and we loved that there was a table and chairs on the balcony for us to relax in. There was a coffee maker and Duran coffee, along with cream, sugar, and sugar substitute. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, too. There were two complimentary bottled waters in the fridge, which is awesome because it is so hot here in Panama. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants close by and the mall within walking distance. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff were great. Bathroom needed a little paint but over all everything was good. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Casino was huge but I just wanted a drink and found it hard to get attention without gambling. No onsite bar or lounge.

Empty hotel ,mildew smell in room and hallways, ice machines on two of approx 20 floors. Horrible traffic noise from early morning. The sliding doors to balcony are installed with lock to outside! Hallways very very dark! Very poor lighting in room. Hot water slow in reaching shower 5 minutes or more. The bed sheets and comforter seemed humid my wife was bitten on the last night by something in bed which we reported. I could go on and on but you should have the idea.

PROS: nice staff, nice room, great location for us, nice pool, parking garage, security cameras on every floor, Duran Coffee in the room. The toll road is close by to escape the city traffic in a hurry, and to go to the new Albrook Mega mall. CONS: the electricity was out half the time. I don't think it was their fault, but they did have back-up generators which weren't operating the elevators or lighting the rooms. We climbed ten floors to our room, with flashlights. The WiFi rarely recovered from the power outages, but we could still use WiFi in the lounge. There is garage parking, and they drive your car up to the garage, but in the morning you have to get a staff member and together bring the car down. I didn't understand that part. Also, whoever drove our rental car up was listening to the radio on a different station than I was listening to with the volume cranked. That happened a few times.

Arrived at the airport to rent our car and looked up the hotel at the airport in order to ask for directions. As it turns out the hotel is in a section of town that is difficult to get to without knowing the city well. Luckily our Europcar clerk was getting off of work and offered to drive us. However we almost missed it as the casino in front is clearly marked while the hotel it fronts can be identified only when turning into the parking area. The hotel was very modern, clean, tastefully furnished but cavernous in construction. Long empty corridors and blank walls everywhere made furniture look awkward and small. Our room was strangely long. The pool was great, (good for laps) breakfast was very good and the personnel were extremely nice and helpful. The attached casino was friendly and had good service and nice odds. Leaving the hotel for the day we easily found the Canal and the major roads but on the way back we had to have a police escort us to the hotel after not finding our way for hours. This is written at a time when the city is under major construction for the Metro. Our difficulty in locating the hotel may be because of this or just because it is in such a remote place. I don't know enough about the city to tell. I would stay more centrally located next time even though I had a very nice experience overall.

Only stayed one night, but the room was clean and commfy. Pool is beautiful and staff was very friendly! You can't beet the price, but stil a 15 min taxi ride to city.

Very clean, professional staff, decent location. I wouldn't think twice about costing this hotel again. Clean rooms with an assuring comfort to sleep, leave personal items an a feeling of money well sent not wasted.

Great view of city, clean, friendly staff very professional, made me feel welcomed. I would purchase rooms again. I was very please with everything about my week stay.

There were many expensive hotels in the area, and this was a super deal at $77 per night, it didn't include breakfast but for me that's not an issue. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. When I complained about a weak internet signal they brought a wireless router to my room and then my internet connection was extremely fast. Best overall value that I found.

I spent a lot of time at the pool, soaking up the sun and swimming. Didn't do the casino due to lack of time. It is a little bit out of the way from downtown and the airport so if you take taxi cabs try to hook up with others for reduced fairs. I would stay there again.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, no me gusto el servicio de limpieza
