At Novotel my partner and I felt like family. The staff made sure that we were comfortable. The room was always spotless. The staff was friendly and made sure we understood everything. We called the front desk to report a minor issue we were having we the AC and it took 2 munutes for maintenance to get to the room and it was fixed in 5 minutes. This was our second time staying at Novotel and will definitely be returning for a third.
