Really loved the attention received, the handsome dark guy at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us, because of his attention we are returning to the same hotel today.

It’s not a 5 star rating hotel. Hotel needs work as it’s falling apart. The pool needs repairs so are the restrooms. So sad

Nice place, excellent breakfast with view at floor 26

Un problème d'électricité , lumières brulé , j'ai attendu deux jours avant qu'il vienne remplacé la lumière et cela après 7 a 8 demandes .!

The hotel is clean with pleasing amenities . Breakfast is good and satisfying . Located to a lot of restaurants and shopping area in Via España. My only gripe with this hotel is the hot shower which it lacks and have to deal with cold showers Everytime

Very nice room on a upper floor, large and good amenties

The receptionist did not explained the need to scan the rooms keys when using the elevator to stop at the required floor. Another guest explained and we had to explained to other guest that we encountered. I reserved two adjoining rooms for my family and I - The bathrooms couldn't be lock from inside the exhausts fans did not worked. Faucets were loose and raggedy. Shower water was cold. Not even a coffee maker in the room. Pool was cold! RESTAURANT SERVICE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. There was no one else at the restaurant at the time we got there. We asked to put 2 tables together for the window view, we were told that we needed to use one of the room middle tables that would fit my party of 6. A few minutes later another party came in and fixed 2 tables by the window with no issues. When I asked why not us? Then we were accommodated. Coffee was served cold and had to request twice for it to be replaced, it was replaced about 15 minutes later. Meals took a long time to be served and three of the meals came 1st and the other 3 came way later. The drinks got to us after repeated requests and we were served with only 2 and the rest when we finished the meals. And ladies of the night were hanging at the entrance of the hotel at night. That may be good for some guest but definitively not for a family stay. I regret so much wasting my money in this place!

I was very pleased with this hotel. Hotel was very clean and room was very big, nice and clean. Plus, they clean my room every single day. Hotel staff were so Friendly and answer any question I may had.

The hotel staff I encountered were tops. I had a group of 10 in six rooms and thought everything went very well. The breakfast, while different from American breakfasts, was very good. The omelets were a nice addition. The rooms were very large. If I had on complaint, it would be that there were no washcloths, and my group didn't like that. I do understand that hotels in the USA do washcloths, but international ones do not. I was okay with it, but my group would have preferred them.

The room is nice, the are is nice, but my toilet does not flush and despite asking twice, no one has shown up to come and fix it. If everything works it's a nice hotel (I stayed her at least 4 times before) but if you have a problem don't expect a lot.

Very helpful with transporting a large box. Also storing groceries I needed to take with me that morning. Joel at the front desk was great at checking me in.

For the price, it was pretty solid. Staff was great and my room was large and comfortable with a decent view. The rooftop pool area has a great city view, but one thing I was very disappointed about was the pool was ridiculously dirty. It looked dark brownish black and you couldn’t even see the bottom! Gross! On the website it is crystal clear blue! It looked like they never cleaned it. Also, no coffe maker in the room. If both if my complaints were fixed, great hotel!

Great place. Very clean and modern. Didn’t get the extra towels we requested, but it was an awesome place to stay. Great price as well.

This is the former Sonesta Hotel that was recently build and soon after taken over by Eurostars. It's high quality at a very decent price.
