We had a nice stay overall and really appreciated the location. The kitchen was one of the highlights—it was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of utensils, sharp knives that actually made vegetable prep easy, lots of cups, and even an Indian tea strainer, which was such a pleasant surprise. The patio view is beautiful and relaxing, and the beach is just a 7–10 minute walk across the road. The location is also very convenient, with Walmart, Publix, restaurants, and other attractions just a short drive away.The home worked well for our family of four, but I would say it would feel quite crowded with more than four guests.There are a few areas that could use attention. Several doors made loud creaking noises that could be fixed with some maintenance. The home would also benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. We noticed dust on the patio furniture, lamp shades, kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and other surfaces that appeared to have accumulated over time. A few wall switches also had what looked like blood stains, which reinforced the feeling that the cleaning could be more detailed.One thing that stood out was the unusually high humidity inside the house. We weren't sure of the cause, but all the spices and even the salt had become damp and clumped together, so it may be worth checking if there's an underlying moisture issue. Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay because of the excellent location, the beautiful patio, and the well-equipped kitchen. With some maintenance.
