Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Perfect choice

Sunnyside overall - the location was perfect. It was just a few minutes away from grocery stores and not too far away from PCB, but very secluded and relaxing on the beach. The tunnel under the road was a perfect way for kids to get to the beach safely, but for the adults it was much quicker to just walk across the road so we were glad to have that as a legit option as well. The grassy area was amazing, as were all the outside amenities (pool, tennis, volleyball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole). The only thing we were disappointed in was that we assumed from the pictures that the small pool was a hot tub but it was actually just a little kiddie pool. Our mistake, but we were really excited about a hot tub so that was a bummer. Unit 66: Was just perfect. It was very spacious, clean, beachy, great decor, and just an overall fun place to vacation. We would absolutely stay at this location again if we chose to do another beach vacation in the future.
