We are very disappointed in our stay at the blue pearl. It was terribly misrepresented via online. The floors, carpets and furniture are so filthy. We had to wear shoes at all times because your socks/feet would get black there was No Mop The kitchen was infested with bugs we reported this to the property management company 4 different time sending pictures and videos 3/4 of the way through our stay they came and brought a few bug traps which only helped for a few hours before we saw a re-emergent of bugs coming out from under the kitchen island out of every cupboard and walking all over the counters and floors. It was disgusting to say the least the bathrooms were not cleaned and sanitized. Most of the knobs fell off in your hand when you tried to open the doors the foosball table was broken on both ends the outdoor balcony lights didn’t work half of the ceiling fans didn’t work. It was overall a miserable experience. The property management company did respond to each one of my text and calls, but they only came out the one time to do anything about the 100 bugs and it was a very short-lived fix. They did say that they can give me a 10% refund, but of course I’ve yet to see that I highly DO NOT recommend this property to anyone and I would never stay there again. Also, it says there are beach and ocean views. We never saw the ocean while we were there the balcony doesn’t even face the water. The only thing good I can say about it is that it is a very large house.
