This is our 5th time renting at the Sunbird. We love it here. The views are wonderful. First time renting with this host. Check in was easy, they were receptive with a plumbing issue and sent someone the next day to fix it. Very well equipped kitchen. Suggest shower update with safety considerations. Would definitely rent from this host again.

Location is great and condo has a good view. As far as the quality of the condo goes, we were very disappointed. Curtains in the living room were barely hanging on the hooks and the entire rod would fall when we tried to close them. The cold water handle in the shower was loose and you had to be careful turning it so it wouldn’t come off. The bathroom fan was very loud when it worked. Bring your own toilet paper because they only give you one roll and it isn’t even a full one. The kitchen is not fully equipped as they described. There was only one fork for us to use. We will definitely not be staying in this condo again.
