Top of the Gulf is an older complex built in 1976 that has been beautifully maintained by a tight-knit community of individual owners. The condo association, front desk, maintenance, and security staff enforce all of the property rules that keep the community in great shape, including:

- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- The resort fee of $30 is not included in the booking price. It is payable by cash only (no card) upon arrival at the front desk. The resort fee includes one parking pass. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site to ensure parking availability.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Top of the Gulf. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Wristbands are required while on resort property and for access to the resort amenities, including the pool. Wristbands will be placed in the condo prior to the guest`s arrival and are required to be left upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge per missing wristband.
- No additional visitors are allowed on property, even temporarily.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on each floor.
- No golf carts, slingshots or scooters allowed on property.
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wonderful beach stay!

This property was as listed. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool! It was myself, my mother and my kids. We stayed on the first floor (unit 101) and it was so convenient to be on the bottom level. Two double beds and a set of bunks worked out great for the kids. The beach was a bit crowded during Memorial Day weekend but pretty quiet the rest of the week following. The property itself was well maintained and clean. Close to groceries, icecream and shopping. For the price I was pleased with the product! This is just a helpful suggestion, as we are not displeased - the furniture options on the outdoor patio could be updated or removed. The two folding lawn chairs on the patio are not in good shape and are very rusty. Unknowingly we laid our towels and swim suits out on them to dry and the rust came off onto our clothing and towels. Somewhere else to hang items to dry would be very helpful.
