Mystic Marlin stay Feb 2026

Was an absolute please to stay at this home … wonderful fully stocked kitchen, very cozy & clean living room furniture, and king size master bed was super comfortable. Proximity to the beach was an amazing feature. Thank you to Sue in your reservations office as she was super helpful throughout the whole process. The Happy Stays app was also really convenient for the reservation & all the coinciding details. Thanks again, Leslie & Andy

Great Location!

We had a great time at this property. The location is a very short walk to the beach and there's also a go cart track within walking distance.

Perfect little get away!

This place was the absolute perfect place to stay in PCB! Its just a few minutes walking distance from the beach, and in prime location for all your shopping and eatery needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definetly book this place again in the future.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Nice neighborhood, close to beach access. The place had everything we needed for our month stay. Management was very prompt with minor maintenance issues. Would def return!

Steps from the beach!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beach house - beach access 20 is right at the end of the short street, mere steps away from the front door. That section of the beach was incredibly quiet and felt like we had the whole stretch to ourselves. We made great use of the patio grill and the blender (frozen margaritas!) and everything else inside the property was well-appointed.

Awesome!! A winner! Beach is so close

Everything in the place was exactly like it said. All new upgrades and everything was clean. This place had everything you need they even had complementary beach chairs! Great neighborhood very quiet. Beach area is in view right from the front of the house!! You even have a garage to put your car in so it’s out of the hot sun! Don’t pass up on this one!!

Amazing Property-Amazing Stay

If you are looking for a property for your next vacation at Panama City Beach this is the perfect property. We booked a last minute trip and were able to stay at this amazing property. The home is exactly how its pictured and even more beautiful in person. The rooms were spacious and house had all the necessary essentials. There is a garage which is great to keep the car out of the sun. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The beach access is literally feet from the home and super quiet. You will have enough room to set your umbrella, tent, etc. without being crowded. Overall amazing stay!

Everything was great, except the cleanliness of the floors. You could not walk barefoot without getting your feet dirty. But everything else was spotless. We would certainly come back!

Perfect Holiday

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it couldn't have been any better. The house was wonderfully equipped to cook a big dinner and many of the items we brought ‘just in case' were not needed. The open plan made it a wonderful spot for cooking and still being with the family. Sitting on the deck was great, and being less than a block from the beach meant we could take a walk on the beach at any time, or just pop down and listen to the waves. Our check in experience was easy and one of the staff showed up with extra towels right after we arrived and even helped my mom carry the cooler up. They were also wonderful in helping me get my IPad back that I left at the place. I had it back in my hands the same week. Thank you thank you!! This was a fantastic experience!

I did enjoy my stay at this home, however I wanted to use the grill for the weekend that I stayed there, and the grill was extreme dirty/nasty unclean. I got a call the day before checking out that it was going to be cleaned, however the day before I check out and drive back home I am not in the move to grill out, when I wanted to do that on the weekend. My suggest is that when you inspect the property after someone has stayed there, please check the grill to make sure its clean because the grill was so dirty it could potentially be a fire hazard with that propane. Disappointing
