Room smelt like cigarette smoke, notified front desk and was given a can of air freshener.

We arrived early and was able to check in. The staff was very welcoming. The room had an amazing view with a jet tub. Only down fall was that sand was all over the room floor had to walk around with flip flops on.

The condo itself was very nice with a beautiful view. But the floors had not been cleaned, there was sand all over the floors when we arrived. Also, this isn't the resort's fault but it there were a lot of rowdy teenagers there. At one point there was someone knocking on our window in the middle of the night. Not sure we will ever return to this resort in the future.

Ocean view from balcony was beautiful. Room had all the amenities needed. Just like being at home.

My experience went good. I arrived early and theh let me go ahead and check into my room before the check in time.

I'm a mid life blue collar guy who spent a good buck to stay here even though they add a charge of $130 as a room cleaning fee. They charge that whether you stay a night or a week. I did know this going into it so I cannot complain. (I did ask at check in how much of a mess I was allowed to make for my $130.) Checking in was uneventful but parking was tough the first night because there was a prom going on across the street somewhere and it turns out Bike Week was in full swing! The security staff was great and let us park for several hours in a 15 minute spot but we had to move the car by 11:30 P.M. Going up or down from our 12 floor location on the elevators was made difficult because one of the elevators was out for the busy weekend. As we were leaving (on an un-busy) Monday morning the elevator was being worked on. At first the 2 bedroom condo we were in seemed nice, and the view was great, but after being there for a short time we noticed everything seemed dated. The furniture wasn’t vibrant or crisp but dull and dingy. The end tables and TV hutch had seen better days, and I just don’t think the brown shag carpet was a good choice. A TV hutch, a couch, love seat, two end tables with lamps, one coffee table, two bar stools, a round kitchen table, and 4 chairs were all crowded in the living room. Not a living room/dinning room condo, just a living room. The galley kitchen was well lit and clean but several dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The silverware was l

Great room on the 23 rd floor! Bad was walking soo far to parking garage, but nice covered parking, tv cable had bad reception but my two teams lost anyway! W.D.E. overall great room - tv recption bad, great view with great balcony at a great price! Would stay again if I was not disabled , I prefer a lower room, with close parking

The Parking was a nightmare.. you have to park in the garage then take an elevator to third floor then walk across the street to the hotel then walk the sky walk to another elevator to even get close to your room..Its very inconvenient..Second of all the rooms are not cleaned everyday, and then when we got to the room it was very small.. I got a suite with full kitchen, it was so small and compact.. Next year we will stay somewhere else.. The room wasn't bad just pictures made it look bigger then it actually was and very inconvenient as far as getting to your room.. Being a single mom with 2 toddlers ages 1 and 2 I was constantly worrying every time we left to go to parking garage if a car/truck/suv was going to hit us, etc.. Other then that it was fine..

It was a great experience. The price was very reasonable.

Definitely was not what I expected. I had high expectations and this hotel did not meet them at all. The room was amazing, can't complain about that. But the overall experience was poor. The check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00 p.m., they said they were going to call us and never did. We waited till about 4:30 p.m. and went to the front desk where there was about 30 people waiting to be attended and many of them had the same problem as us. We got to the desk and turns out our room had been ready and they never let us know. There were several people upset at the service of this hotel. What made me even more upset was that check-out time was at 10 a.m. when normally at other hotels would be at 11 a.m. and give you the room way past the check-in time. The day we were leaving there was an employee knocking at our door at 8 a.m. to check on us if we were leaving. The lines to get on the elevators were ridiculous. I was not a fan of how difficult it was to get from one hotel tower to the other. They charged us a cleaning fee and not once did a maid come by. It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at and customer service is horrible. I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anybody.

Elevator was so slow and food quality in the hotel sucked....but the view and private beach was awesome

The unit is very spacious for a one bedroom condo. Love the h20 bar & grill at the pool. Tropical cooler was great and refreshing. The parking is a little far across the street eventhough they have skywalks but still inconvenience. Waiting for elevator to get to the ground can be very long. One small trick is to get into the elevator even if it goes up. otherwise the elevator will be filled with upper floor ppl.

I enjoyed The Majestic. I wasn't a fan of the long elevator wait times, and the fact that I paid for cleaning fees but the maid staff didn't clean my room during my stay. Other than that everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very cozy room with beautiful view of the ocean. If was a great choice, we will be staying there again!

I was pleased with the room. Toilet seat was broken when I got to the room, but staff came immediately and repaired it. The only complaints I have was the length of time it took to check in and the wait for elevators. I would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again.

Clean pool and room. Main issue was how strict they are with luggage carts. I have never seen a place as crazy about it as they are here. Other than that it was a good place to stay for the money right on the beach.

I loved the fact it was right near the beach, literally I walked out the back door and I was there. The hotel itself was OK, not the greatest Ive seen, but it was very resolvable.

I expected something a bit nicer. I guess you get what you pay for. The price was great but the room could have been cleaner and the bed wasn't that comfortable.

Nice but long walk from parking to the condo- if you have anything to carry, difficult walk
