Located at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, this two-bedroom townhome is only a few minutes from the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Adjacent to the dining table is a breakfast bar, and behind that is the kitchen that`s fully-equipped with appliances, cookware, tableware and ample counter space. The rear patio has a table and chairs to relax. The living room has a queen-size pullout couch and a comfy chair to unwind after a long day at the beach or any of the Resort`s pools.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor of the townhouse. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite. The second bedroom as a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have a TV, plenty of storage, and ceiling fans to help you to sleep. The townhome has central air-conditioning as well. The primary bedroom opens onto a private balcony. In addition to the primary bathroom and full bathroom upstairs, this townhouse has a convenient half-bath on the lower level. The townhouse also has its own washer and dryer.

What to do and see while you are in PCB.......there’s the beach itself: 27 miles of glorious sand and surf. The sunsets over the Gulf are beautiful, and there’s a good chance that you’ll see dolphins leaping and splashing as you swim. Canoe, kayak, fish, paddleboard, parasail, bodyboard, race jet skis or collect shells anytime you wish. Three golf courses—Holiday, Hombre, and Signal Hill—are within a ten-minute drive. Less than ten minutes away are Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks Educational Amusement Center and ZooWorld. Less than twenty minutes away is St. Andrews State Park, where you can walk or bike along paths, snorkel, scuba dive, fish, spot all sorts of birds and possibly see some alligators.

- Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
- Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
- No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
*The golf cart, included with the home, is strictly for use inside the Resort.
- Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, events, parties and unauthorized guests.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for violating any rules of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.
