Great place!

We had a great time at the resort. Loved that the pool, restaurants, and beach were so close. The only downside is no extra anything left by previous vacationers. We would have left stuff behind like laundry detergent, TP, paper towels, but we were afraid it would just get taken or thrown out.bothet than that, we had an excellent time!

Great location and views

Loved the condo. The view was amazing. Property management was very punctual. Toaster didn’t work and they delivered a new one within 2hours. Washer leaked and they were over 2 times to fix it. We weren’t sure that the leak was completely fixed as we still had some water on the floor. The condo was in a good location, the pool was very nice as well. Everyone in the complex was friendly. Great beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Panama vacation

The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and nice. It could use a few more kitchen appliances and pots and pans. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo On The Beach

We really enjoyed our week stay in the Boardwalk Condo. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The main balcony has amazing views and so does the side balcony from the guest suite. The beds were pretty comfortable as well as the living room couch and chairs. The condo does not supply beach towels or beach chairs so bring your own. The location of the condo is nice. There is a Walmart within 5 driving minutes as well as the famous Parlor Donuts, which is a must have for every trip. There is a Hershey's ice cream parlor which is an easy 10 min walk around the corner.There is a pizza parlor next door to the ice cream place. The condo has a restaurant right next to the pool and beach which is convenient. We had lunch once and it was just ok. We would definitely stay in this condo again. The property management was easy to work and had good communication.

Loved the view and definitely would request this condo again.

The checkin was a crazy. Once we found the hotel desk we were given our check in information and was good to go. The fitness Center only was available for two days because they only issued so many cards. The guards on-site was FANTASTIC, the pool lady was a little rude to the children, after we spoke with her and she apologized for talking to the children like she did , it was fine. They definitely try to keep it safe for ALL the guest and just doing their jobs, but need to address the adults first. We would definitely come back

The good and the bad

I'll start with the good...the location is great! You are literally steps off the beach! The building that this condo is in is well maintained. The pool area is wonderful for kids and adults of all ages. The pool and the splashpad are clean and my littles had a ball. There is security at all times patrolling the pool area and we did not mind that at all. It keeps the area nice and people are held accountable, so that was not a problem for me. There is a bar that serves great food and drinks along with a little ice cream shop that we all enjoyed as well. Now for the bad...our unit C1012 was very very outdated. I don't mind outdated if its kept up and clean, however this place is full of old brown shag carpet that needs replaced so bad (i have pics).. The furniture is very stained(i have pics). The kitchen is not well equipped and what is there doesn't work. The knobs on the stove have broken off so they have now TAPED paper dials on the front of the stove (yes paper and i have pics). Not only dangerous but ridiculous!! The bedding is old and the pillows are flat. The deck has a bunch of mix matched furniture so there was not enough chairs for us to sit around a table. I paid a LOT for this condo. With what i paid you could afford to fix this place up. The location, and the pool area were great but not this condo. We were very disappointed and this place needs some attention pronto!

It was nice but needs to be upgraded

Alot of rules, and didn't really see alot of staff members. Location was great and the environment was really nice. Condo was great just needs to be updated. The middle bathroom water doesn't get hot enough plus the dryer takes about 3 cycles before the clothes are dry.

Quick Fall Get Away

The property was really nice and very clean. The unit was clean and fairly up-to-date. We could have used more towels and washcloths and the kitchen utensils and cookware were sparse. But overall, we would stay here again.

Clean, pretty and great beach views!

The property was well maintained and clean. The beach views were beautiful! We were a little disappointed that the kiddie pool area was closed but otherwise we enjoyed our stay immensely!

No water no lights big problems but great management

The property is nice. The condo's appearance is nice until you stay. Half the lights and outlets didn't work and yes I notified maintenance. Never got fixed. The dryer took 3.cycles to dry a small load of clothes. The power kept flickering off. The cable signal was constantly going off. The only bathroom that had locks was the interior one with no working lights. It was like a cave. The balcony light didn't work so couldn't enjoy it in the evening. The absolute catalyst was they turned the water off for about 3 1/2 hours. I was in a condo with 9 boys. Not an ideal situation. I will be visiting management on the way out. EDIT: I visited welcome center when I checked out. Jessica at the center is phenomenal! She listened to all of my concerns and treated each with concern and respect. She immediately put in a work order on condo. It is very nice just needs a little TLC in maintenance concerns. After electrical problems fixed I would eagerly book again!!!!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO ! ! ! ! !

This Condo Had Been Beautifully Updated Since We Last Stayed There in 2014 ! And With Great Taste ! ! ! Very Clean. The Beds Are Very Comfortable and Sleep Well ! The only thing not working was the ice maker in the fridge, but other than that we had everything we needed. We So Enjoyed It. We Stayed There in June 2016. We Love The Boardwalk Beach Resort Hotel. The Staff is very friendly & helpful as Well. Great Food at Their Snack Bar Beside the Pool. Great Pools ! Everything In the Hotel Was nice & clean and they have a Great Shaded Parking Area as well. Great Location off the strip not very far away on Thomas Drive. Very happy with our Family Vacation at this Condo and at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Will definitely want to stay there again. :)

Wonderful!!!!

Gorgeous view of the beach and water. Pool area for the little children was enjoyed by our 5 family members who are 5 yrs and younger. Plenty of elevators and carts. Washer and Dryer was very much a plus. Large and room for all of us when we got together for a meal. Our condos had 3.5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. :>) Walmart is .5 miles from this place if you need anything. Gated property with a 24 hr. guard was nice. Centrally located to other things to enjoy off the property. Some issues were: buying additional parking passes for $20 each for every car except one, only one garbage bag in the kitchen (bring some), one small bar of soap in each bathroom (bring some), kitchen utensils and pots and pans were limited, no bottle opener, ice maker never worked while we were there. Everyone in our family was impressed. We would definitely stay here again but we would avoid going during Biker Event which happens twice a year.
