Nice location

The room wasn't the cleanest but the property manager took care of things pretty quickly once I brought the issues to her attention. The property was nice, and is in an excellent location! The property manager was quick to respond and very pleasant to communicate with. Overall we were happy! I would love to go back to this location but prefer they find different cleaners first!

The condo was great but I thought it would be right on the beach. Check in was difficult. 20 people trying to check in and only 2 staff working. Pools were great and it was right across the street from beach. First floor was a life-saver so we didn't have to wait on elevators. Pretty view from balcony. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large. Overall, a great place to stay!

Overall it was well.

The location of the stay is awesome. 3 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk from walmart, the security was very strict which was a plus for safety! Made us feel safe and very helpful. When we got into our room we started checking for bed bugs, and making sure sheets are clean. The only issue we had was the toilets were not cleaned still had urine on them, there was hair in the bathrooms, clothes under the bed from previous guests and a leak under the sink. I told the host and they were offering to send a cleaner up to fix the messes. Over all it was a great stay.

Romantic getaway

Loved the walk to the beach! The condo was very clean. It does smell like the food places on the ground floor. We stated it smelled like pizza several times. The water show was disappointing two of the nights. The listing states it is on the first floor however, you have to take the elevator or stairs to the first floor because the lobby, stores, and restaurants are on ground floor. The neighborhood is safe. Loved having Walmart across the street. The parking is confusing. Will state on the property again however higher up.

Family Fun

The size of the resort and number of people were overwhelming when we arrived, but the property was well managed and accommodated the number of people well. The pools and beaches were awesome. The staff was amazing. We will book here again.

Great Location

We were pleasantly surprised with this complex. There are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, pools were clean, and location was perfect with Pineapple Willy’s and the beach across the street.

Great location

Great location. Nice place and would stay again. 4 stars due to parking and elevators. A ton of walking just to get to the car and very long lines for an elevator so we took the stairs the whole trip. Overall its a great place nice pools and a close walk to the beach ( you do have to cross the road though its not beach front property)

It was great and convenient since the elevators was working right the whole stay so you could just take the stairs. But other than that it was a nice stay and can’t wait to come back next year.

Nice, clean space

Was traveling solo for a funeral, so I was mainly looking for location and price. Both of those were great—and the space was very nice. Would be perfect for a family of four on vacation. Lots of things walkable. My big complaint was the parking. Just before check-in I was informed I would need to check in with the HOA office to pay $70 for parking. This wasn’t covered in the listing or any other previous communications. $70 for parking on a two night stay in off season is absurd. Beware of this aspect, otherwise would recommend.
