Use the roll down shade on the French doors, should you want to sleep late. Guest room features a comfy Queen bed. Both restrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, soap & lotion and of course plenty of fluffy towels. Enjoy your morning coffee from the coffee bar with a starter supply of coffee pods. Peaceful mornings on the balcony listening to the birds sing and watching activity on the lagoon is a great way to start the day. You will find all you need in the kitchen should you decide the dine in or grill. The balcony closet is full of beach toys, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and a wagon provided for your quick walk to the beach or relaxing poolside. Our beautiful Gulf of America is just 2 blocks south...a quick 4- or 5-minute walk to be Beach Access 22. This is a handicap accessible beach entry with limited parking. There is a dedicated crosswalk at Bonita Dr. & Thomas Dr. This location has many dining choices and activities within walking distance for all ages. We have a bicycle stand next to the building and our area has a 59% bikeable score! Also, there are bike rentals and golf cart rentals nearby.... some with delivery & pick up services.
Please note this is a second-floor condo, with NO elevator and ability to walk the stairs is a must. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect quiet times between 10p & 8a for our neighbors that are not on vacation. Use of a boat slip is not included/ available at this time.
