Overall nice condo. Needs some cosmetic repairs. But nothing effecting the stay. It had all the kitchen amenities needed. Liked having a set of beach chairs. Resort had good elevators. Never waited too long even on July 4th week.

Great Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 2 adults and our 5 kids had an amazing vacation! The condo was just as advertised and had an amazing view straight out to the ocean. The free set of 2 beach chair lounges, the large umbrella and beach attendant service that was included with our rental was a great added amenity. The property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive answering my questions prior to our arrival. We will recommend this condo to others and plan to book it again for our 2027 summer vacation!

Amazing view of the gulf and condo met our needs exactly as listed. Very comfortable for 6 people to stay. The building is a bit older but well maintained and the pools were great. One was heated and the other two were not so great to jump in and cool off. Beach set up was perfect and easy. Once we knew just to check in on the first day, we were able to keep the same set of chairs for the entire stay. We loved being south of the main part of the city sure was a little more quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was nice and clean. Beach views were amazing! Loved the heated pool. Only thing I have to complain about is the construction and hammering concrete right outside our room door every day from 8:30-5. Other than that, we had an amazing time and loved it:

Great Location & Fun Spot for a Great Price!

We really enjoyed this trip. Apparently the tiki bar is a new addition and we thought it was great! The food was wonderful and the drinks were strong. Our condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It was clean, too! One night, we walked to Schooners on the beach, which was great. Definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful Stay

The stay was wonderful! There were a few issues at first that were quickly resolved. The main living area floor was slightly sticky feeling and still had sand from the previous resident. Dining room furniture has some wear and tear. I would still come back and stay though as it’s a beautiful location, great warm pool, beach chairs were so convenient! Thank you!
