NOTE: Construction of the back house will be complete April 1: New photos mid-April.
* Large private lot with 2 separate houses — great for big groups or multi-family trips
* Front house: 2 beds, 1.5 baths, sleeps 6. Recently remodeled with new flooring, brand-new kitchen, new decor and furniture. Laundry room + outdoor shower
* Back house: brand-new construction, 3 beds, 3 en-suite baths (each bedroom has its own indoor bathroom and its own outdoor shower)
* Together the two homes sleep up to 15 people (comfortable for families or friends traveling together)
* Pet friendly for approved pets, $100 pet fee per approved pet

Notes: We can't guarantee internet service since that is not within our control. Property and house entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - I can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 4 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Strict cancellation policy - please consider travel insurance for those unexpected life issues!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! This was our 2nd time staying in the house and we loved it. Super close to the beach.
