Private Beach Access! 2 Houses-Pet Friendly

Fun and inviting, newly furnished pet friendly house in the sought-after Panama City Beach neighborhood of Bid-A-Wee, known for its central location and rare private beach access (accessed with a code)! A very short walk to the beach (you can see the beach from the street in front of the house!). Huge lot with 2 houses, perfect for 2 families or a group. Close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and many terrific restaurants and family fun activities! One of the best features of this location is the quiet beach - but yet being close to the action, with minimal traffic compared to other locations (the airport is so quick!). Easy walking distance to Runaway Island Restaurant, Senor Frogs, Local Steamer, Moes BBQ, Funland Arcade, Hidden Lagoon Super Track and Golf, and MORE! Parking is provided for 3 cars, and a golf cart if you choose to rent one (we do NOT provide one, California Cycles is the closest rental location).

The property is divided into the main (front) house, and a cottage in the back. The main house has two bedrooms, with comfy king beds with premium bedding, and a futon in the living room and the game room. One and a half baths in the main house, plus an awesome enclosed outdoor shower outside of the laundry room.

Living room with smart TV and limited cable channels, a LG sound bar, and plenty of comfy seating - including a futon. Bar seating for three, with the main table (seating for six) next door in the game room. Kitchen stocked with plenty of pots and pans, appliances (blender, coffee bar, tea kettle, toaster, crockpot), and tableware. Separate laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Steamer provided instead of iron/board. Pack and play plus high chair provided.

You'll want to wake up to our coffee bar! Ground coffee provided, along with sugar, stevia, and tea.

Large backyard area outside of the game room with grill (propane included), new Trex deck with fire pit, and room for yard games (more yard games coming!). Second deck off of the back cottage. Backyard is fenced for kids/pets; we provide a gas grill with propane. There's a hammock for those afternoon naps!

The "cottage" is a rustic house on the back of the property (inside the fence), with two bedrooms - one is right as you enter, with twin beds (NOTE: this bedroom has no interior door, so is open to the living room), and one in the back with a queen. Please note that this cottage has only two window A/C units that are in the main area, and one in the queen bedroom), and space heating only. The cottage includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, and basic tableware. The living room has a smart TV (no cable), LG sound bar, comfy seating, and a futon. The small bathroom has a shower only (no tub) and has recently been re-done. The BEST part about the cottage is the private deck off the back with seating for 8. The cottage is perfect for older kids and the young at heart!

We provide: Beach chairs and beach towels, cooler, beach cart and cooler beach cart.

Pet friendly for up to two pre-approved dogs and $100 per dog pet fee.

Excellent access to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) via the new "back" access road (little traffic).

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. Wifi in the back cottage is not as strong as in the main house. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - I can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 4 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Sleeps up to 10, but maximum of 8 adults. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Strict cancellation policy - please consider travel insurance for those unexpected life issues!
