Upon arriving to our condo, the room was not clean, the bedding was stained, the tv did not work nor did the hairdryer. The host responded a day later after I called again, they sent someone to clean the room and it still was not cleaned properly. Two days later they sent someone to fix the tv. I experienced a fall in the pool bathroom, the security was no help at all, while making an incident report the security went and took pictures of the bathroom after it had already been cleaned, they stated they did not want to see my injuries. They were disrespectful and very dismissive to our concerns with my fall and the condition of the bathroom.
