We have a family member who is wheelchair bound so we had an issue getting to the toilet. Besides that we had a great time.

If I could change anything it would be to change king room and full bed room so kids would not be first room by front door. That would also keep two king rooms sharing a bathroom since full room had access from their room to second bath.

Could be a nice place

Mold in the bathroom (which I cleaned some of it up myself); did not feel safe in the neighborhood; there was no security at any time. Gates to the beach were left open, no codes needed. The dog walk area is a good distance from the condo. The washer broke down. Help was sent immediately upon our contact. The smaller bathroom could use some better lighting. We found the "smart" tv's were not so smart. Even our techy son could not get them working correctly. We found it strange that the 2 master suites shared a bathroom. Never have seen that before! In the long run, our grands had a grand time & that is what was most important. However, I doubt we'll stay at this particular location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was ok. Beautiful pictures. Needed more pots and pans. All the walls needed painting. Sheetrock work that was done prior to our visit was not painted over. You really can’t see but a piece of the ocean from our balcony. The small 1st bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and mold around the top of the shower wall. The room overall was good. It served its purpose. It accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked amazing. I would stay at Pelicans Walk again but I would stay in the center of the building so I could see all the ocean. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Needed a place large enough to accommodate ourselves and our daughter and family. To bring our dog was a bonus. The apartment was perfect, the furniture comfy, seating for all at the dining room table, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. The pools were immaculently maintained. And I don't know what they use for chemicals but I did not react nor smell any. It was great having pools when the gulf was too rough. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The place was well maintained. And I felt totally safe if I needed to go out at night with the dog. Thanks for making this special destination vacation flawless for us.

Air vents were filthy shower curtains were full of mold. Frying pans were useless everything would stick even with oil in them. Floor had to be swept before we moved in. Furniture was dirty.
