Ocean Front Beach Condo

You must come stay at this beautifully renovated condo that has SPECTACULAR gulf views throughout the entire unit and your own private balcony! The top-to-bottom updates with a redesigned kitchen to make a spacious open floorplan to take advantage of the beautiful gulf views. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The Sunbird Resort offers tennis, gym, shuffleboard,3 pools to enjoy! Construction completed several months ago everything is 100% open to enjoy! 25 years old to rent.

Queen size bed in bedroom, queen size on sleeper sofa it has memory foam and I have personally slept on that type of sofa bedding very comfortable, chair is a twin with memory foam as well.

The resort has 3 pools west end pool is heated. Also, The private gym is open. The tennis and shuffleboard courts are both temporarily closed at this time.

Per the HOA Parking is $ 30 per stay and wristbands are $ 5 per person.

The location of sun loungers chairs are located around the 3 pools.

Obtain parking passes and wristbands from the HOA office located on the pool deck during business hours. Cost is $30 for parking pass and $5 per wristband.
