This is a well-cared-for condo in one of the best beachfront locations in Panama City Beach. This is not rented through a generic property management company. My husband and I bought our 2 children to the beach for the first time here and we loved the location! My kids loved the bunk beds as well. Sadly, I was not pleased with the unit. The bathroom shower had a leak and we needed to use the towels provided to soak the water; and the shower curtain was too small and rusty. The bedroom furniture needs updating. I almost felt like my husband and I would break it just sleeping on it. The refrigerator never got cold enough to keep our milk and juice cold and when we put our ice cream in the freezer, it melted. Nothing we bought that needed to stay cold, actually got cold like we wanted. Luckily my kids don’t complain much when it comes to that stuff. The outdoor furniture was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. Overall, the location is great and although my family enjoyed the experience, the unit itself was disappointing.

We had a great time staying here. We had everything we needed. The view from the patio was great! My only issue was that the air was set not to go below 74 degrees. During the night the air temperature stayed around 75 to 76 degrees. During the day it was much warmer.

Booked this last minute as we were traveling to PCB for a funeral. Not having to check in and just going straight up to the room was a blessing after an 8 hour drive. Condo was great and sitting out on the balcony as a storm swept in was so soothing to us after the service. I was thankful it was available. I meant to leave a note in the book - my husband and I were married just down the beach Sept 2008; we have the link to this condo saved. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, and I would definitely recommend it! I would have given it 5 stars, but the housekeeping needs a little help as far as dusting is concerned! The kitchen could use a few more essentials like a deep dish baking pan and a whisk, some more wash cloths for the bathroom (there were only 2 there), and it needs to have some laundry detergent stocked, but over all a great place!
