Nice stay

The condo was nice. All 7 of us fit comfortably. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even extended our reservation. Love the beach.

Great unit and location!

We got an awesome nightly rate so I was a little worried that the unit wouldn’t be what the pictures depicted. But, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was exactly how it was listed. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay

It was the best view! We loved this condo! Very clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Check in and out was so easy as to normally have to go to front desk and get keys and all that and this place you have your code and don’t have to mess with any of that! It was clean and beds were comfortable! We go to Panama every year and will definitely be choosing this condo again next year!

Beautiful views!

The rental was perfect and in a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Although we were on The 18th floor the elevators were fast with very little wait time. The rental was very clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Bring binoculars because you will want a close up of the stingrays, dolphins, and sea turtles you will see in the distance. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future!

A week on the beach with friends

It is overall a nice place. The living room sectional was just not comfortable for me. I have a bad back and I did not have a real comfortable place I could find to set.

Down South guests

Property was wonderful to stay in, but had several maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Also could have been a little cleaner. Overall a great stay just needed some upkeep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: booked 5 nights at 1804 Majestic Towers II - overlooking the beach / Me, and 6 girl family members including 6 year old grand daughter - very clean condo!- Rented a pontoon boat for one day for boat ride trip to Shell Island- This was the best family vacation ever - already making plans to return next year - hard to dream of how it could have been any better - very affordable - hope to stay at the same place when we return !!!!!!

It was a nice view

The room itself was ok. Had some damage.the location and view were very nice. Check out is to early everywhere else is 10 or 11am and the fridge sounds like it was on it's last leg. There is also a leak going into the master bathroom where the carpet ends going into the bathroom

Just little things.

The property is great. The condo cleaning people could do a better job. However the condo was as advertised. The master mattress is not the most comfy but did the job. The elevators was very slow. To be as big as the place is they need better elevators. As far as our stay we had a wonderful time. It was just little things as i described. Not a deal breaker as far as going back because the condo was all we really needed. An it was good. Just need better cleaners. An the check in process was a a hassle.

Our PCB experience

All in all, nice rental but needs some tlc.Some of the issues in the unit were on other reviews so they haven’t been addressed. I sent a list of the issues to the landlord. The amenities list should be updated. No sauna or steam room. Loved the balcony view and beach access. All the employees that we spoke to were very friendly. The landlord answered me quickly when I reached out to him.

Great location, in need of additional services

Great location but that’s all really had going for it. Definitely recommend bringing extra towels and not just beach towels. Had 6 towels in a unit for a week for 10 people. Unit was dirty. Stuff under beds, couch and could feel sand on floor when first entering even. Deck hadn’t been cleaned. Most places also leave at least one extra toilet paper and trash bag. Not here. Only the partially used roll. Then they offer a 15 percent off next stay for a 5 star rating. No thanks. Won’t be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The couch needs replaced badly. The rugs need to be thrown away and replaced. The kitchen cabinet doors need worked on, very loose. The balcony needs scrubbing, it is dirty. The place could be arranged better. Kitchen table is to large for the space.
