Spectacular views. Updated condo. Even with only one elevator working in each tower, we were able to get to our room quickly. Overall, the outside reno did not affect us that much.

Best Views!

We loved that both bedrooms had amazing ocean front views. The floor to ceiling windows are awesome, no matter what room you are in there is a water view. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we took advantage of a few of the activities too. We choose tower 3 to be near the large pool and the gym. The gym was not open during our stay, but that is out of the owners hand. We loved the high tables on the balcony for an unobstructed sunset view.

Girl trip

The condo was decorated beautifully. The laundry door needs cleaning inside. The patio tracks were horrible. Looks like never been cleaned. Some mold in bathrooms.

Birthday Week

We enjoyed the condo very much. The thoughtful little things that meant so much like the dirty clothes hampers in each of the bedroom, the area rugs on each side of the beds, the hooks throughout to hang things up. A full length mirror somewhere would have been nice addition. Otherwise, everything went flawless. The views are amazing.

Just Okay

The condo wasn't terrible, but not terrible isn't what we paid for or expected. The two elevators were in service some of the time, thankfully both were not out at the same time, as we couldn't walk up so many floors. The front door of the unit was pretty dirty and all scuffed up. The interior was only marginally clean but the air worked good, important in July. The icing on top was one of our kids lost their plastic armband we were supposed to wear while outside the room so others would know we were authorized to be on the property. The instructions included that there would be a $50 fee for lost or missing armbands, mind you these are the kinds of swag one gets at a professional conference, they cost no more than $0.25, probably less. True to their word, though, they charged for the missing armband less than 90 minutes after we departed. Oh, and had the armbands even been necessary I guess I could understand better. No one else staying there was wearing them and no one batted an eye that we were there, with or without a $50 armband. Just an overall disappointing experience.

We LOVED it!

The property was PERFECT and we LOVED everything about it! Everything was just as it was described. The views from the unit were phenomenal. I was able to see the sun rise and set and even had the chance to see a pod of dolphins! There was plenty of room for me and my family (5 of us total) and we felt so at home while visiting. Being located close to restaurants, shopping, and plenty of fun activities was also a plus. We also loved that there were discounted activities included in our stay. The property manager was very nice and easy to contact. We let her know that the thermostat needed new batteries and the maintenance man was knocking at the door within the hour! We totally plan to book this unit again soon!

Nice Condo

This was a nice condo. Very clean. All rooms except the kitchen cabinets were updated so that was nice. I chose the Long Beach property due to having security at the entry but there was no security at the gate during our entire 6 day stay. So anyone could come on the property which made me feel very uneasy.

Could’ve been perfect

Long Beach tower was pleasant to stay at. The communication was fast and clear plus we were allowed an early check-ins at no additional charge. My family and I stayed there for three nights and four days. With that being said, we traveled with a one year old and the condo knew this before I booked and paid. When we arrived, we instantly took our shoes off. After walking around for about an hour, our feet and my one year old’s feet were visibly black and dirty. We found a roach near the coffee machine and we had to run five cups of water through the coffee machine before the water came out clear. When I reached out the Vacations Perfected, I was told “Blackfoot” was common in PCB and was a result of build up from cleaning products. I also asked for a refund on my cleaning fee but was told my complaint didn’t warrant one. They offered to come back out and clean and send maintenance which I declined but appreciated because my family and I had cleaned everywhere ourselves after realizing how dirty the floors were. I must also mention that after we cleaned ourselves, there was no more “Blackfoot”. I did complain abo it sand initially but I realized that I was at the beach and sand is very hard to get rid of and inevitable. Also, the washer and dryer were filthy….our clothes came out dirtier than they went in. We also booked this condo specifically because there was a fitness center on the property. When we arrived, the security guard told us the fitness center has been out of order for a while now. We had to drive off property to search for a center which cost doubled.

Winner!

This space was absolutely AMAZING. Everything was exactly as described. There were literally no problems AT ALL. The best parts of this room for us was the amazing views from every room and the walk in shower..... that shower was so refreshing. I would highly recommend this room and host!
