ABOUT LAGERHEADS:
Lagerheads is a secluded gem situated in the tranquil community of Inlet Beach adjacent to Rosemary Beach. Offering a comprehensive array of amenities, Lagerheads encompasses golf, sand, surf, WiFi, unique boutiques, and dining options. Guests can bask in the sun, take a dip in the pool, or leisurely walk to the pristine white sandy beaches just half a block away. The property presents an ideal setting for a perfect retreat, with a short walk or bike ride to neighboring destinations such as Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Aly's Beach.

Lagerheads is a two-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home that comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Recently refurbished, the home features new flooring on the second floor, updated bathroom vanities, modern appliances, and refreshed kitchen and decor. Upon entering the main floor, guests are greeted with a charming kids' "hang out" area, complete with vibrant bean bag chairs and a flat-screen TV with Blue Ray/DVD player. Additionally, there is a kids' room with two bunk beds, each featuring a full-sized bed on the bottom bunk, catering to a total of six children. A king-sized bedroom and a newly renovated full bathroom with double sinks and a shower are also located on the first floor.

The second floor boasts an expansive open living area, dining space, and fully-equipped kitchen with ample seating for all guests. Guests can relax on the spacious open deck, grill, sip cocktails, and oversee the pool activities below. An alternative dining option is available on the large screened front porch, offering breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf. Furthermore, the second floor comprises a luxurious Master King Suite with a private bathroom, a large guest room with two queen beds, and a full bath in the hallway.

Guests can relish the expansive yard, ideal for children and pets, and partake in recreational activities such as volleyball, badminton, or cornhole, with equipment provided on the premises. Alternatively, guests can utilize the complimentary beach set or the four bicycles provided for further exploration. Property is great. We will definitely stay there again. Negatives: when we arrived on Saturday, we quickly discovered the floors (very nice, BTW) had not been mopped. Our feet were black on the bottoms after we heeded the sign downstairs that told us we were at the beach and should "lose your shoes!" The sprayer on the kitchen sink was also broken and not useable. We decided neither was an emergency and we would wait until Monday to call and report. Meanwhile, someone called Sunday morning to make sure all was well (Thank you! Nice service.) so I told them about these minor issues. She promised someone would be out Monday to take care of both. A two-person cleaning team showed up after calling Monday morning and did a stellar job of mopping with cleaners and re-mopping with plain water. No word on the sprayer. We let it go. Wednesday night, one of the kids got strangled and threw up in the pool. I called Thursday to ask if someone should take a look. And also mentioned the sprayer. The lady said she would check with the pool guy. No word all day Thursday. But the maintenance man came and fixed the sprayer. I called back late Thursday to check on the pool guy. The person saw nothing at all in his notes about a problem with the pool. But he'd check on it. Nothing else Thursday. Friday, I get a call from a number with an Oklahoma area code, which I normally would not answer, but I did. And it was someone from Paradise Properties making sure the pool was okay. He said the pool guy had come out Thursday and "shocked" it and it should be pristine. I was at the house all day Thursday and saw no one. Oklahoma dude (and the lady on Thursday, as well) assured us the usual filtration system would have fixed it. We did use the pool Friday but effectively did not have use of the pool all day on Thursday and that night. And I still doubt anybody shocked the pool on Thursday. Then, on Friday at about 3 PM, I get a nice call on voicemail reminding me of our checkout on Saturday, June 6. AT 9 AM! I call back to be sure since I have the email I received on May 25 that says checkout is 10 AM. I know things are rough with allowances for more elaborate cleanup due to the pandemic, but I do not believe things changed since May 25. And if they did, why did we not know about it until late the day before checkout, even when I talked with rental agency reps several times about the things above? Property? Great? Agency? Helpful and friendly. Communication? Not so stellar.

Very comfortable!

This is our second year to stay at Lagerheads and also the second time a tropical storm moved in from the Gulf, but the house is so spacious and comfortable that we still managed to have a great time.

Perfect spot for a large family or multi family vacation

Loved the floor plan for our group. Kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking and we used the grill several nights. We love the property and enjoyed the cornhole and volleyball. The fenced in yard is perfect for a dog or small children because the pool is separated from the fenced yard. We had a wonderful week just relaxing at the beach or pool. The house could use some renovating but I hear the owners are doing so in the fall. But everything worked fine and it was very clean and very functional. It is an easy walk to the beach and to Rosemary and restaurants. It’s a perfect location in my opinion and we will definitely stay there again and again. If you like a less crowded beach, Inlet is perfect because you can still go to Panama City, Rosemary, Seaside, etc for shopping and dining ( Panama City 8 miles) and Publix and CVS are minutes away for your grocery and personal supply needs. The only complaint we had was the pool was dirty most of our stay. We decided to call later in our stay and they sent someone out the next day to address it. The Paradise Staff are super friendly and easy to work with and were very helpful when we needed anything. We will still give it 5 stars because it is really a great spot and great floor plan with a great staff.

Great property, great management, need supplies.

We just got back from our stay at this property. We really liked the location and the house itself. It's in a pretty quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is nice if you're the cook - which I was. Loved the long dining room table for playing board games. The kids loved the kid room. Everything in the house works well, appliances, showers, ac/heat, tv's. The only complaint I have is around the supplies. You get next to nothing included. A roll of paper towels and a trash bag. Single ply toilet paper. No kleenex. No spices or anything in the kitchen. No pet waste bags. No movies to speak of (2 super old dvds, 1 with only bonus content). For the amount you pay in cleaning fees, pet fees, etc. this place should be fully stocked. It's a minor annoyance, but it's one that leaves you feeling like you got taken for a ride. $100 worth of supplies would go a long way towards customer care without significantly impacting the company's bottom line. Put a game console, a sonos, some board games and some supplies in this place and you have a 5-star!
