Large living room/ full kitchen has an open concept with 70in tv that leads out to a large balcony with gulf views. Master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath. Bunk area has barn door for privacy, 2 twin beds , full bath, and sofa bed in living room (sleeps 6 ) 1047sq ft. Beach wagon , umbrella, & chairs are available for guest. Must be 25 to rent. Laketown Wharf does not allow animals! Absolutely no smoking in unit or on balcony (This would result in extra cleaning fees & removal from property with no refund) .
