Very nice condo - but in dire need of maintenance. One bed was broken. Cabinet door knobs broken/missing, door to the Master suite center coming off of both sides and filler block fell out. Advertised as having a hot tub but none there.

Vacation review

Absolutely everything and more. Location was amazing, ocean views were amazing. Really loved having the swing on the balcony. Only down fall was a hot tub being mentioned but there was no hot tub. We will be returning soon.

Panama City Beach Dream Condo 5 STARS!

We had an amazing stay at Hidden Dunes in Panama City Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean—everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning and truly made our trip unforgettable.Although the hot tub was under repair during our visit, the property management went above and beyond by offering us two complimentary beach chair rentals—such a thoughtful gesture that made our beach days even more enjoyable.I highly, HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone planning a getaway to PCB. You will not be disappointed. Hidden Dunes offers a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and incredible ocean views. This place is a true gem—don’t hesitate to book it!

Thanksgiving at the beach

I chose this property because if it’s size and the potential to sleep 10 however only 7 made it. The location was perfect but I gave the property manager a list of things that needed attention. They did come and reclean the floor but there was still a list that went unattended. (Perhaps it was because of the Thanksgiving week?)

Fall Break 2024

Needs some updating, missing knobs on a lot of cabinets, needs painting in master shower, and a Keurig would be convenient. More specific directions on the private hot tub, which is small would have been helpful. Ironing board wouldn’t stand and the iron leaked, they need to be replaced. The condo itself could use minor cleaning attention. The place was very spacious and had a nice balcony. A phone number to contact would be more efficient than an email. We had an issue with the hot tub and it took 24 hours to be contacted by the company. Heard the company has had complaints contacting renters with questions/ concerns.

Spacious but dated

The condo was very spacious and well laid out. It was dated which is not a huge deal. However, several things were broken such as the hot tub, one of the pull out beds, some of the appliances. The bathrooms were not very clean. We did request for house keeping to come back. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time!

The living area is so spacious! We all enjoyed the balcony. The swing was a great touch. The limit of two cars did add an extra expense to park the third in public parking. There was a shortage of drinking glasses. We bought disposable ones. My biggest problem was the twin bed advertised didn’t work. We had to go buy a blow up bed. There were some blow ups there, but all had holes. The main reason four stars was due to the bed having to be purchased. I would stay there again. I would go prepared for the twin beds to not be functional.

Great week on vacation

We loved this condominium. We have stayed at Hidden Dunes many times over the years and enjoy the layout of this condo. We enjoyed this unit and the only thing we couldn’t figure out was the cable. We could only stream. Everything else was great and just soooo roomy. We will definitely return. The balcony is wonderful with the perfect Gulf front view.

Huge space

The condo was huge, plenty big for our family! The condo was clean and adequate in size. We had comfortable beds, plenty of dining space and the view was incredible. To give a better rating these things should be addressed: There was missing a towel bar in the main bathroom There were major carpet stains that did not look like they had been any attempt to clean. There were no spoons or adequate flatwear in the kitchen We had to purchase plastic wear. This was very odd I never stayed in a rental that did not provide adequate spoons and forks. The sofa is old and very difficult to get up from, even our teenagers struggled We enjoyed our time but would want to see some of these things addressed before we would rent again.

Excellent condo - very enjoyable

This is a very large roomy, condo with many amenities. The entire complex has about 100 or so units so it is never extremely crowded. The condo could have been somewhat cleaner but was generally good. Maintenance was very quick to respond when the refrigerator went out. I called about 8:00 on Saturday morning and although the office didn't open until 10, I got a return call in about 15 minutes. Within 45 minutes we had a new fridge. Hot tub on the balcony was very clean, the main pool was great and clean, and the owners have added a big porch swing on the balcony which we loved! Definitely would stay in that unit again!

Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was huge & all 12 of us fit comfortably. However our first night there we had to call bc the washer wouldn’t work & the dryer had to be ran twice to dry our clothes even the extra small loads, the furniture was worn down, the couch was being held up by plywood & one of the buffet chairs was broken and someone tried to screw it together it fell apart when we pulled it out. After reading the reviews from someone that stayed before us, some of the furniture was broken. We contacted them and let them know they told us we wouldn’t be charged for the chair & they apologized. The balcony had screws coming out & the hot tube could use a good cleaning. other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we could go back.

Great place, one complaint.

The property was as promised, clean, great views. Pool was excellent. Crazy fast elevators. Beach was right there and never packed. My only complaint with this property was the payment process. They sent one email detailing the payment process. You have to pay by check to not be charged a 2.5% processing fee on a credit card. This information was BURIED in the first email. The second email about payment they sent me had this right at the top. That email was sent the day BEFORE the payment was due. So at that point I could only overnight the payment by check, or pay with the credit card and pay the fee. This was not a good way to start our relationship.

Hasn’t had a good cleaning in a long time

The room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds had 2 doubles and the bed frames and box springs were broken. We had to disassemble the bed and sleep on the mattress on the floor. The entire condo needs to be cleaned. The refrigerator was missing 2 shelves and part was broken. The Murphy bed mattress had urine stains on it and had to have them bring a plastic cover. The hot tub smelled like mildew. The sofa needs to be replaced. The cushions are worn and you are sitting on literal plywood under the cushions. I had to spend my entire vacation trying to have these things corrected. Multiple emails that were not answered and phone calls. All of these issues and have not heard from anyone in reference to any type of refund or apologies.

Would stay here again

Very spacious. Clean. Loved the open floor plan and spacious balcony with private hot tub. Beds were comfy, plenty of hot water, and updated kitchen. Beautiful beach and outdoor amenities. Pool was too cold to swim in. Needs updates in some of the plumbing and living room furniture. Plan to bring your own toiletries, beach chairs, and toys. Overall, loved the space and comfort. We would stay here again.
