The dishes were not very clean. The frying pans were awful. We bought two new none pans and left them there for future guests. The decor in the condo was good.

Peaceful paradise

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Check in was a breeze. Extremely large condo compared to most on the beach with everything supplied that you need for a stress free vacation. Very quite area of the beach but close to anything you would need.

Great View, Clean and Spacious Condo!!

We all enjoyed our stay in this condo so much!! The only improvement for me would be cushions for the lounge chairs as I spend a ton of time on the balcony. But everything else was top notch and perfect!

Family getaway

Stayed 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The staff was very nice and quick to respond. Also very peaceful and quiet. Will definitely recommend!!

The negatives: the property was not very clean, the water jets in the master bath were gross, there was a paper towel with used coffee grounds in the coffee pot, the gate code did not work, the master bed was uncomfortable, the bunk beds were not good (too small) for my tiny teenage girls, the neighborhood was loud and intense, and there was a lot of mold on the patio furniture, especially the only padding on one of the lounges. The positives: the a/c worked great, the balcony view was amazing, the location was close to many nice places in town, the bed was nice in the third bedroom, and the living room furniture was very comfortable.

Beach stay

Beautiful condo and views. We had some difficulties using elevator when arrived. Other people were given code also but when using code wouldn’t work. Other person called mgr. No code needed. Just manually push buttons. * but obviously that has nothing to do with unit. Daily military jet flyovers, which we enjoyed watching. Beautiful beach. Considering was spring break…not a busy, packed beach. We would consider renting here again

One of the best!

We really loved our stay at this place. It was clean. And even the sheets were very nice. The check in was the best, the communication was good too. We really loved the beach. This area is slow and relatively quiet, perfect for families with small children. The only complaint is for the kitchen pots and pans. The pots and pans seemed to be 'dollar store' quality gone bad... For family like ours, we did most of the cooking at home, so that was a bit stressful. And the knifes.... just go buy yourself one good one. Tea kettle was broken, but the management got a new one for us the next day. But I didn't think they'd change all of the pans and pots... although, we didn't ask. But, besides that, the place was really nice, and clean, which was a pleasant surprise for us.

Great condo!

Condo is awesome! Beach is much less crowded than other areas in PCB. The only issue we had was the elevator was done a few times and 7 flights of stairs is a lot! Would definitely stay here again.

Emerald waters

Beautiful views coupled with convenient and clean accommodations. Our family of four enjoyed waking up to having a cup of coffee while overlooking the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins and a loggerhead sea turtle. With only two units per floor high rise felt surprisingly low key and relaxed. Elevator waiting was very minimal Beach never felt crowded and the water was warm and clear We particularly liked venturing to St. Andrew State park about a five minute drive away. We went snorkeling at the jetty and walking the beach. Overall I would recommend particularly for those that enjoy being right on the beach

Excellent stay!

Overall the stay was excellent! Property management was very responsive to the few hiccups we had! The only issues were actually things that would be under the HOA's responsibility, and even then the prop mgmt was very responsive. Super quiet, low density condo that is perfect for those who want to be close enough to enjoy all of the PCB attractions but away from the craziness and younger crowd.

Beautiful Sunsets

Very spacious unit with specular sunset views. Check in was simple as with checkout. Grande Surf Club is a cut above most condo complexes in PCB. Thank you for sharing your lovely unit to make our Christmas holiday outstanding.

The condo was just as described very clean close to the beach.

We had plenty of room. The condo was facing the beach we had beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It was very clean and had everything you would need to make your stay relaxing. We will definitely be coming back next year.
