Grand Panama City Beach resort is the PREMIER RESORT in Panama City Beach. This is an all-inclusive gated community with many amenities and luxuries which will include a convention center. All of this is sitting on 35 acres with 14 acres being left for common areas. The complex features two buildings, park your car at the back building, settle in, unpack and walk through the covered walkway and you are at the beach. The building has its own private pool as well as another one in the complex. Once inside, it truly feels like you are in a resort and you do not have leave again. All the amenities are available year round and will include a fitness room, 2 in-ground pools (one Heated), 2 spas, tiki bars and much more.
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an alcove with full bunk beds comfortably accommodates 10 guests.The kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach. Soak in the breeze from the privacy of your own balcony overlooking the Gulf!.

The place itself was alright, but I had to message the property manager the day before we left to get the check in information despite the app saying that it would be sent to me weeks prior. Then when we got to the property, both maintenance and housekeepers were still inside the room and we waiting outside for 40 minutes. The bedding smelled really funky and the two bedrooms had extremely uncomfortable beds. Several of the lamps and remotes didn’t work. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
