Perfect place on the BEACH!

I love this condo! It is clean, right on the beach, and located near all of the restaurants and shopping. I did not have to reach out to the property mgt group this year, but did last year. Yes, this is my second time renting this one for the jazz fest! Anyway, when I did reach out, the response was very quick. I definitely recommend this condo and will be back. It had everything needed to cook and eat comfortably. I also love the covered garage. I could go on and on, but I will stop so this is not too long. Thanks again! Enjoyed the stay!

One of our favorite places

This is the second time we have come to this building. It's a great location away from the "spring breakers". Great views, quiet, spacious, and clean. Nice extras like charging towers, blankets, fan, and access to website with local deals.

Great location. Well maintained and up to date decor.

My wife and I had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The balcony views were gorgeous. All the decor was up to date and looked great. 5 elevators so there was very little waiting on the next one. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. I really don't have any negatives at all.

A week in paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk! The staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. The condo was beautiful and had a perfect view. The communication from the property owners was top notch, better than I have ever experienced with other properties. We would highly recommend this unit and property manager!

A great stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort VRBO

We reserved this unit through VRBO, for 6 weeks in January and February 2024. The unit was clean, well stocked, and met our expectations based on the description and pictures. We enjoyed the local parks, recreation, and restaurants. The 24 guard made check in a breeze and the building manager gave us some tips on building activities. We would recommend this unit and owner to anyone else looking for an enjoyable stay in Panama City Beach!

Great Condo/Resort

The room was just as described as in the pictures. Room is in very good condition. We had no issues throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this room. Our communication with the host was perfect and in timely manner when a question was asked. The room is right next to the elevators which made it super easy to access. Also has a very good view of the gulf. Definitely a 10/10 on the room and resort.

Best Birthday Trip yet

Absolutely breathtaking view from the patio was a win both day and night! Check in was smooth, as I just had to put in our door code. The setup of this property was fabulous. Very homey while being an oasis. Will 1000% be back next year!

Perfect Stay

Our check in was smooth and easy. Email updates were very helpful and saved us time that we were able to invest at the beach! Our rental was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries to get our family of three started. The peace of checking in amd out made our week-long vacation great!

Beautiful ocean view

Very clean and matched the photos. Close access to the elevator and garbage chute. The view is perfect of the ocean. The sliding door to the balcony is rough to slide open, which was great for us because we had a 3 year old that would want to go in and out! We would stay here again. Thank you
