Venga a disfrutar de la vista desde el piso 22 en Panama City Beach. Ver la vida marina desde su punto de vista en el balcón de gran tamaño será una de sus actividades favoritas. A partir de 2018, las sillas de playa frente a la playa y los PARAGUAS para dos están incluidos en la tarifa de alquiler. El condominio está bien equipado con una cama king size en el maestro, así como una cama king size en la habitación de invitados. Hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar que es perfecto para los niños o una tercera pareja. Cada habitación tiene un baño completo con bañera y ducha. También se puede acceder al baño de invitados desde la sala de estar. El condominio cuenta con Wi-Fi gratis, televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD en las dos habitaciones y la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente amueblada con todo lo necesario para crear una comida gourmet o un simple refrigerio para la playa. We really enjoyed our stay. We lucked up and got first row (balcony) seats to the air show. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and had everything you could think of. I normally travel with extras but only needed my laundry pods. The view was spectacular. The water was so beautiful this stay! We used the amenities including the beach chairs. I was happy to see groundskeeper Sandy as she was a joy on our last visit.I would definitely stay again if they will have us! As the sign says in the master bath “ if you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough”

Amazing trip and Janet was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was well kept and the view was amazing. Great property in the middle of all that PCB has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay

We had a lovely time, sitting on balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.The heated pool was also very nice.

Great time

Emerald isle condos is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the view is amazing. Located on the west side of panama city where is less crowded, great for families.

Panama City Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect—clean, well-stocked, and with a wonderful parking spot! The property is well-kept, and everything worked great. The two pools and hot tub were awesome. Fast, clean elevators made our stay even better. The location was great for us as well.

Outstanding condo. We have atayed at Emerald Isle several times, and we loved this unit. The views were great, my wife and I enjoyed being on the 22nd floor.We did have an issue with the washer/dryer, we called Janet and she helped us with it,(would recommend new ones)We would love to be repeat guests at this place!!!!!!

First time renting from this owner, but this is the condo complex we always stay at. The unit we stayed in this trip was all that it was advertised to be, meaning everything was well laid out, clean, and the view from the balcony was excellent. Had no issues and the owner responded promptly to all text messages.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The parking spot was super convenient right in front of the elevators. The condo was very clean, comfortable beds and both were king size, shower stall and jetted tub was top of the line. Then the balcony and that 22nd floor view was fabulous!!! We seen dolphins, sting rays from the balcony. The chairs and table on the balcony was very comfy too. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas was a great perk too. We will be back!!

Spring break getaway

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Everything was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the space was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was spacious and inviting. One of the reasons we booked this condo was because of the balcony and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The facilities were clean, the reserved parking space was amazing, and the elevators were surprisingly quick!When we did have an issue with the washer, Janet was very responsive and helpful! We really loved staying here and will be back!

This was a wonderful condo in a great location. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.
