So happy with my stay here! Being on the first floor made my stay with my dog much easier as I could sit outside on the covered patio with her on her lead and let her enjoy the “yard”. Bed was also WAY more comfortable than I expected. Check in was straight forward and communication with the owner was very simple and thorough! They also cover the rental of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, and for that reason I’ll be back again! So nice to not have to lug your own chairs down and set them up, etc and everyone knows how expensive it is if you rent them yourself. I had a great time here and will be back! The property is also FULLY enclosed by a fence that requires a code which made me feel safer as a solo female traveler.

Darn near perfect

We beach for the beach - not the condo. No place is going to be absolutely perfect, but this condo is close. Be sure to follow the directions for registration with the association as, for some reason, it takes them the full 72 hours to issue a parking pass. Nothing the owner can do about that, however. The condo is well-decorated and outfitted with necessities you’ll need to make yourself at home. The ground floor entry makes for easy access to the beach and walking your pup. The grounds are lovely. King mattress is super comfy.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay, but felt the listing was a bit misleading. We brought a dog, but wasn't aware the pet fee was $150 for our 4 day stay. We also found out the day we checked in that the pool would be closed for 2 days of our trip for maintenance. It was close to the beach, full view of tennis courts, private access to beach. A bit difficult to find our rental, but overall good experience. If I would have known the pet fee was that much we wouldn't have brought him.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything and very close to pool, beach and clubhouse. The location is excellent to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores! Highly recommend…5 stars PLUS! Owner was wonderful and communication was first class.

Perfect Fall Beach Trip

My family has been going to PCB the last week in September for the last 10 years or so. After staying at Sugar Beach last year, we vowed we would never stay anywhere else!! This was our first stay at Lazy Days and it will be our first choice for this trip going forward!! The unit is clean and decorated perfectly for the beach. From the patio it is literally a 3 minute walk to put your feet in the ocean. Erin was an absolute rock star throughout the entire process. She always kept us in the loop and checked up on us periodically. She should write a book on how to be a Great Rental Host!! 😂😂

Wonderful place!

We had the best time at this condo! It was so cute and updated and just a short walk out to the pool and beach! Erin stayed in constant communication with me and was so accommodating to our needs!

Softball World's and mini vacation!

Loved the 1st floor. I thought there was no steps, but you have 1 flight of steps to enter. There is a entrance for my scooter near the office to be access the sliding door. I could ride my scooter to the beach access and make it by walking a much shorter distance to the ocean. Otherwise I never would have been able to experience.
