This unit is a delightful one (1) bedroom two (2) bath condo on the 1st floor, providing easy access. It is lovingly decorated in the seaside cottage style. It is tastefully decorated to remind you that you are at the beach and you are glad to be there! The beautiful pale gray entry way with large tile floors opens to a color coordinated kitchen that invites you to enjoy meal preparations. This unit has white custom cottage style cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! The dining room provides a grayish/green wooden cottage style table with four (4) chairs and there are two (2) bar stools for overflow seating at mealtime. The living room in lovely shades of blue, white and gray with accents of coral, offers a love seat and sofa that doubles as a queen size bed. This incredible unit sleeps four (4) people comfortably. Both the living room and bedroom provide access to the private patio, located adjacent to one (1) of the two (2) pools. The master bedroom provides white cottage style furniture with a barn wood surface. The comfortable king size bed provides a great night’s sleep and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy access. This unit has a washer and dryer provided for efficiency allowing you to take clean clothes home from your vacation.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a dining table.
