We rent a house twice a year and usually go to Anna Maria… we’ve been to Rosemary before… but when Anna Maria got hit by the hurricane, we scrambled to replan our thanksgiving at Rosemary. This house was INCREDIBLE. I don’t know if we’ll ever go to Anna Maria again. The only very small complaint we had was the property not providing beach/pool towels… so we had to keep taking bath towels to the beach and washing them constantly. First world problems! Everything was phenomenal. The beds were so comfortable- I can’t remember when I’ve slept so well. Kitchen was well appointed. House was immaculate. Easy walk to the beach with private access. We did rent beach chairs from La Dolce Vita, which was expensive. But worth it to just show up at the beach and have our area set up and waiting for us. And then taken down every night. We are already planning both of our trips next year l, not only back to Rosemary, but hopefully to this house specifically. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood

Beautiful house, perfect location to the beach and town. Only concern is that they seem to be the only home in the neighborhood that doesn’t provide beach umbrella’s and chairs through the beach company La Dolce Vita. Every other home had prearranged chair service on the beach. 2 chairs and an umbrella costs $60 for the day, but it seemed to be apart of the rental of the home for most others. This is something that would prevent me from renting this specific home in the future. Other than that, every little thing in the home is perfect. Step out the back gate and you are at the beach within a minute. My kids came back from the beach without a towel and would rinse off in the outdoor shower. It couldn’t have been easier. All the necessary items are provided like they would be in a hotel. Definitely a plus. Definitely a beach town, and 4 bikes are waiting for you. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking items. Really a perfect stay. Looking forward to booking our next trip here.

Wonderful Location

The location of this property is amazing. We really enjoyed our time here. However, it was difficult to get in contact with 360 Blue. We tried multiple different numbers, but we were only successful via the VRBO app messaging. When we arrived, the home smelled musty. We were concerned that the home had a mold problem because we had our infant with us. After a few attempts at contacting them, we were finally able to speak to someone in the company. They came over right away to access the mold situation. Unfortunately, mold is not usually seen, but it is hidden. I hope they check out this situation for future visitors.

Great place to stay with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, private pool & beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. We love this quaint neighborhood that’s tucked back in the heart of Rosemary Beach. The private pool was small but worked well for the 5 kids staying with us. We appreciated having our own space. It was a short walk to the private beach access which was a bonus with young kids. House was very clean and spacious. Only thing to consider is this home is the only home in the neighborhood that doesn’t have private beach chairs and umbrella that comes the rental. This is something had paid for on our own. No other complaints. Very nice property. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent Home Away From Home

Everything about this property was fantastic! From the ease of check-in to the beach proximity to the amenities of the home itself, our entire group was incredibly pleased with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and had a fantastic layout for multiple families. I appreciated that the home was well stocked for the week. It truly felt like we were at our home away from home.

Hooked on Waters Edge

Our 8th year to stay in Waters Edge! First time at this house. House was great for our family-3 couples and 4 children 2yr-7yr. 360Blue was a great mgmt company. They communicated well by email, text and phone calls before and after our stay. Only suggestion for the owners- include the beach umbrella/chair set up in the rental. Of the 5 houses we have stayed in in Waters Edge, this is the only one that did not include this. Beds were very comfortable!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Good For Families

The house overall is good. Nice pool, good location and clean. However, I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a chill get away. It's surrounded by similar homes with multiple families sharing the properties, which means lots of kids and lots of noise.

House was in great location and very short walk to the beach! Loved the pool and back entrance for short cut to beach! Pool was great for afternoon swim and entertaining! House was great set up for large family or splitting with friends. House was very clean just like the photos! Love it and will definitely rent again!!
