The condo is decked out exactly like a beach condo. Beach access was literally right around the corner. Having a pool with a deep end and a little game room was awesome. Right outside our back door was a pond! The layout of the condo was perfect.

Perfect spot! 50 steps to the sand, beautiful view with the pond, nice sized pool, clean and simple! The dog loved being able to join us and the grassy areas were plentiful for her! Parking was never an issue. An added benefit of a small complex like this is that the beach in front of the complex was not wildly crowded- so Peaceful. Will absolutely stay here again!

Disappointing and Dangerous

Floors were filthy—don’t go barefoot! Beds had terrible mattresses—obviously cheap and old. All televisions were too small to enjoy football, main complaint is the lack of safety issues. There is a sudden step down leading to the entrance that is unmarked. We are all over 70, and 3 of the 4 of us forgot it was there and tripped. Just lucky not to be hurt. Also, both the tub/shower combos had high sides which are a definite hazard for seniors, and water doesn’t drain well; therefore, you are up to your ankles in water before shower is completed. Couches need to be cleaned,or maybe replaced. I had to help my husband get up from the hole he fell into. Also, couldn’t use the ice from the fridge because we found mold on it. Very overpriced for what was offered. Then, the final unexpected expense was that we had to pay $38 to park in our parking spot!!

Fall break 2024

We arrived and the office was closed til Monday. That night we found there was only lukewarm water. I called the emergency line and they sent a guy over that came in and reset the breaker and felt the water in the kitchen sink. He said someone else would be there the next day. There was. Still no hot water, only 100 degree F. A plumber finally came and confirmed the water heater element was broken. He turned up the other element. Said he would give quote to owner and could replace the next day. Well the quote was too expensive so the owner chose on Tuesday to send another plumber over to look at it. Once he agreed with the first plumber that it needed replacing, he said that he’d have to find another plumber and water heater. They were supposed to replace it on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon the cording plumber called to say they couldn’t replace it until Saturday because of hurricane Milton in Tampa. We went our whole fall break to the beach trying to coordinate who got showers. With two kids at the beach, one cannot imagine how stressful that was. Every time I spoke with someone, they kept saying “you have some hot water”. Yes about 5 minutes worth. The thought of how much money it cost to stay there and then to not fix the issue immediately because of money is shameful to me. I will not stay at that condo again; maybe a different one. I loved the location and the other guests were great. The pool was freezing so the kids couldn’t enjoy that either.

great, with one big exception

We really liked staying here! The condo was clean, roomy, updated nicely and the location was great! Everything was good except for two things. The king sized bed mattress is AWFUL and needs to be replaced. One side is sloping so badly that you feel like you're sleeping on a hill. There is also a huge lump in the middle. This would be the ONLY reason I wouldn't choose this place again. The other issue was the all in one washer/dryer unit. I washed one load of clothes and the clothes did not get clean. Everything smelled bad so I had to re-wash when we got home. This would have been a bigger issue if we were staying for longer than a week. The only other drawback was all the paper work that had to be printed, wet signed and sent back prior to checking in. In this day and time, most everything like that could be e signed, in my opinion. We stayed at another unit in this complex in May and did not have to do all of that. Over all, we had a fantastic time! Great place!!

Deep Sea Fishing Trip 2023

We came for our annual Deep Sea Fishing trip that ended up getting cancelled. So we made the best of it. But we absolutely loved our little home away from home. The location and convenience was a plus. We got to bring our fur baby too, so that was an added bonus. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family. Thank you for the accommodations!

Loved this property, very close to pool and beach !! Very well maintained property and landscaping. Needs a few updates but that is expected with a popular rental. Would 100% stay here again, my family loved it !!!!!

Sea Hags at the Sea Hag

Wonderful stay at the Sea Hag! My Service dog, Sera, was the biggest hit on the beach and at Sugar Beach. Everyone loved her. The property was absolutely perfect. Company was perfect. We were blessed to even stay 2 extra days....... Will be back.

Great complex

Loved the location, beach is beautiful. Pet friendly complex. Our condo wasn’t very clean when we arrived. I spent the first day cleaning and washing all of the sheets and blankets. Bed frame was broken on one bed but maintenance fixed it quickly. Furniture needs replaced in the living room. We stayed here a month and loved the complex it’s pet friendly. We would rent in this complex again but not this unit unless it’s updated.

Laid back at the beach

Great location and Convenient access to the beach. The unit was cute and had everything that we needed for our stay. Really wish they would have had a hot tub available and some other activities but overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent beach getaway

Overall the condo was very nice. Very clean, great location, great beach access. The only thing I would recommend would be to have new showers put in. The step into the shower was very very tall. My parents are in their 60s and was just a little bit of a struggle/scare getting in and out. Showers worked great, just a bit worrisome getting in and out.
