Located in Panama City Beach, this condo is a dream. It's located on the 8th floor overlooking the pools and the beautiful gulf. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails on the balcony at the table or while relaxing on the lounge chairs. For your convenience, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your rental and will be set up, awaiting your arrival every morning! Sunrise Beach has two pools, one which is heated seasonally, two hot tubs and a splash pad. The gym even has a view of the pools and gulf as well! There is also a snack shack located on the pool level so you don't have to go far for a tasty treat, drink, or any neccessities you may have forgotten. Sunrise Beach is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops along with Pier Park being about 1 mile away. At Pier Park you'll find over 125 retail, dining and entertainment options for any age in your party! From Dave and Busters to Margaritaville and even Target, Dillards, American Eagle and Ron Jon Surf Shop, just to name a few.

We stayed 15 days. It was wonderful. The view is amazing. The host responded promptly and courteously. However, we had two issues. The water pressure in small bathroom was extremely weak. We all had to shower in the master bathroom. Also, it says beach service included, but there were no beach chairs or umbrella when we wanted to sit on the beach.

The unit was clean and beautiful. My elderly in laws were very comfortable in the living room and outdoor seating options! All the beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa got good reviews from my 9yr old! The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and easily available and eager to help with a wifi issue we had and any questions! We will definitely be coming back next year!
