READY FOR A VACATION? Enjoy relaxing in our spacious oceanfront condominium with an oversized balcony located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at Sterling Beach. You won't have to fight for your spot on the beach here because Sterling Beach offers over 300 feet of private beach. And your pair of reserved beach chairs with an umbrella that are included with your stay will be waiting for you on the beach when you rent our condo (seasonal March-October)!

Sterling Beach is a beautifully landscaped resort with a sparkling pool that has street-level parking in front of the building with no parking decks or 'walkovers'. Parking for two vehicles is provided free of charge.

Our unit is a Biscayne unit at Sterling Beach. It is on the 3rd floor. We just finished repainting in early 2024! It sleeps six to eight guests. It has 1636 square feet of spacious living area, ten foot ceilings, three bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops, a full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a large living room, and a 260 square foot Gulf front balcony.

Sterling Beach is one of Panama City Beach's most beautiful deluxe resorts. Sterling Beach is a 92 unit complex, located on 5 acres, and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It has 300 feet of sugar white beachfront, a 4,000 square foot free form swimming pool (heated seasonally), an expansive sun deck, and a Gulf front Hot Tub (seasonal). Outdoor gas barbecue grills are adjacent to the pool deck.

The complex offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines and extensive free weights, all overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico!

Our unit is located on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Our 31 foot long balcony provides an additional 260 square feet to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The ensuite master bathroom has an over-sized whirlpool marble tub, spacious walk in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination and double sinks. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed.

The unit has a large, fully outfitted kitchen with new granite countertops and GE appliances. It is furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including a smooth surface cooktop stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal at our dining table that seats six, at the breakfast bar, or outside on the balcony enjoying the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Other features of our Sterling Beach condo include: ceramic tile floors throughout the condominium; ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Towels and linens are provided too but bring your beach towels.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
*Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets. Sterling Beach is a smoke free property.
*Check-in: 4 pm: Check-out: 10 am (central time)
*County and state taxes are not included in rates.
Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear.
Payment of rental fees is due 30 days in advance of arrival.
